I'm pregnant so i was very excited to know they have therapists certified in prenatal massages. I'm not gonna lie, when i got to the location, i was turned off. Almost left. But i read so many good reviews I gave it a chance. The therapist Jen took care of me, and she was absolutely phenomenal. When you're pregnant you're sore, constipated, cant sleep. I really enjoyed my prenatal massage with, Jen. I asked if they do prenatals through Yelp and they responded so quickly. I called the next morning and they got me booked the same day. Scheduling was easy and the customer service was wonderful. They were very friendly and accommodating on the phone. Jen did my massage and really got my pain spots that have been bothering me throughout my pregnancy. The only thing I'd change is probably booking a longer one next time! By far one of the best massages I have ever gotten. Alanna is absolutely terrific. I'm from out of town and was getting some treatment for severe sciatic nerve discomfort. I couldn't walk for more than 5 min at a time without having to sit down and let the pain subside. Made an appt her just out of dumb luck and like they say in golf, rather be lucky than good and that's what happened here. Alanna discussed with me before we started my issues and she went to work and made great strides. So much that I can back the next day and even better. Ross is awesome. Give Ross and team an opportunity. You will not be disappointed. This is a small operation and they are located in an office suite rather than a traditional retail location. THE BEST MASSAGE! I have a desk job and I have massages to get my body back to normal, as sitting in front of a computer all day long leaves you with all kinds of aches and pain. I have had many of them over the years and none of them felt better than what I experienced with Rosario. She gives me back my functionality as I sometimes can't think straight due to back pain. I believe she is a magician. I have never seen anybody with such natural talent for giving massages. She is so intuitive. I went to Lotus Temple for the first time after my husband had previously gone and said how much he'd enjoyed it. I was having some pain and knew they focused on massage therapy. I've been searching for a good massage therapist ever since Iatria closed forever ago. After not finding an appt at one of the usual places, I went hunting on line and checking reviews and booked an appt with Ross today. I could not have been happier. I have a couple of issues i deal with that I manage through Pilates (Stabilize Studios/Catherine if you're looking for someone to strengthen you up without injuring you) and consistent chiropractic care. The part that has been missing for quite some time is a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. I booked a long appt so Ross would have time to work on my problem spots and still have a "full" massage and he used every minute to its fullest. I prefer a firm/deeper massage and he worked out all the kinks without putting me into grimace mode. Pretty sure he got at some spots that have needed attention for a while but that the other therapist just never worked on. Here's hoping he stays in Raleigh doing what he's good at for quite a while. read more
