Hot yoga has been the perfect medium for me to work out and feel comfortable doing so. For me, it's fun but I also get a work out in! The instructors are always so helpful and they are always willing to let you continue to practice even when class is finished. The owner of the studio is the sweetest and they are extremely welcoming! The west studio offers a free class in the morning every Friday and your first two visits to either studio is free! I promise anyone after their first two visits they will want to go again, it's worth the try! They always provide complimentary water and have hand towels for when you sweat in class. At the end of class they give you a nice cold towel infused with essential oils to cool your body. The perfect way to end a class! They also have mats and towels to rent at a cheap price if you don't have your own.

I called regarding issues scheduling sessions and decided to cancel my membership. I was told they…read morewould consider the phone call my 30 day notice, but 30 days later they were still charging me, said they had no record of that call, yet they acknowledged that the advance charges had changed on that date. They refused to refund the membership fee while acknowledging that the person who signed me up had promised me a membership they couldn't honor. I was basically paying in advance, but couldn't schedule in advance, and didn't get refunded for an advanced payment. Bad business practices.
