An amazing experience, with even more of an amazing team! I have been coming to New You Wellness Center for an array of treatments. One thing that I really enjoy is their team is versed on aesthetics as well as the medical side of wellness. For a woman who wants to not only look good but FEEL good--this is huge. I've had consults about my skin, with skinpen treatments, I've had help with my hormones, and balancing weight. And all the while have felt completely comfortable as a result of their family style of care. Coming in, all my questions were answered. Goals I had for myself were achieved by realistic answers from skilled professionals. Ashley, Mario, Goffi, the whole team are God sent. Last thing I'll touch on that reflects their experience: when doing labs or blood work they have ALWAYS, every single time been able to find my veins on the first try. Poor Service and Ineffective Treatment My experience with new you wellness center over 2.5 years has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite my repeated concerns about lack of improvement on their testosterone therapy, their response was consistently poor. Promises of call-backs were seldom kept, and when I did get through, the only solution was to increase dosages or add new prescriptions, leading to more expensive lab tests - all billed to me. After spending over $4,000 without any noticeable benefit, I switched to a new provider. Remarkably, within just one month, my testosterone levels were optimized using a lower dosage than whatnew you had prescribed. When I called new you to politely discuss my experience and request a partial refund, I was assured a call back that never came. Upon following up, I was met with rudeness, misinformation, and ultimately, I was hung up on. I strongly advise anyone seeking testosterone therapy to avoid new you. Their lack of responsiveness, ineffective treatment protocols, and poor customer service have been a costly and unproductive experience for me. Switching providers has made a significant positive difference in my health and well-being. I was a patient at this location for years before its sale to the current owner. The pricing has consistently increased, while services and treatment of me (patient) has decreased. Today was the final straw. They refused to call in a refill for blood pressure medication without charging a $175.00 medical consult. I understand this location operates as a non-insurance service, and even understand the charges for certain programs like weight loss, but to refuse to fill a blood pressure prescription without a medical consult fee when no one will see me is ridiculous. I have needed to find a GP doctor for some time. Thank you for giving me the incentive. read more

I cannot tell you how absolutely amazed I am with this entire team of professionals. They are extremely accommodating and understanding. They make you feel cared for and above all of that you can trust them to have your best interests in mind. The minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed and completely at ease. i really needed the support and encouragement i received from Dr Goffi, Yahaira, and Mario. probably like many of you, I try and try on my own to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is so important and awesome, but i realized I need help sometimes. so when Michelle approached me about this amazing group of people she was lucky enough to work with, the timing was just perfect! i met Michelle for lunch to learn more about the services offered. i live and work in the center of Houston, basically, and so i really appreciated her coming to me. she walked me through the tumescent-assisted lipo, as that is what i was interested in. i had the chance to see some before and after photos that were real-looking...that made me very comfortable, because i'm into what is real. i have been chronically obese for decades, and because i was looking for help - and not the silver bullet that would fix my life (we all know that doesn't exist!) - i wanted the real deal. i was VERY happy to know that there was no general anesthesia. i haven't done other lipo procedures because of that, and because i have heard that there is so much pain and discomfort for months...no thanks. i'm looking for help - not months of more suffering!! long story longer (sorry!), i went for it! we scheduled the initial consult, and was very happy when i arrived. the office has a comfortable feeling, there's nothing antiseptic about it, ya know what i mean? Mario greets you, he's so nice and made sure i had water, checked in with how my day was...really appreciate that. Dr Goffi and Yahaira are incredibly kind and really, sincerely want to help people...and that's when i knew i found my people. :-). they are clear and crisp about describing what is possible - because everyone is different. in my case, they recommended i have two procedures, starting with legs and arms, and after 6 weeks do abs and back. i had a lot of questions about the procedure, recovery, compression garments, physical activity after the procedure, etc. they answered them all, and then some! they even walked me through some medical journals because i was curious about some of the medical details. :-) to end this loooong review, i am now 9 weeks out from my initial consult with them. Dr Goffi has texted me many, many times during these 9 weeks to check on me, answer questions, and offer me support and encouragement. I have been back to the office for follow-ups, taken some photos, and gotten advice from Yahaira on what garments i might want to buy on my own to continue wearing some compression (i'm a bigger woman, and want to make sure my skin retracts). Phentermine has been very helpful, allowing me to work on making better food and exercise choices without feeling so much anxiety and worry, and then beating myself up when i slip up...it really is a helpful tool for me. just yesterday i noted my scale said i had lost 30 pounds after 9 weeks...i feel...well...so happy about that! i have many more to go, and that's ok. because i know i have people who are there to support me. and because this is a change for my life, not a one time event. and i actually feel like i can do it. and for that i am eternally grateful. i will have another follow-up, and probably take more photos. i am excited to see the very first ones relative to what these upcoming photos will show. i didn't take any myself...i was worried i would get too focused on that. if the fact that i need a new wardrobe, and that my co-workers and friends continue to say over and over how i am transforming, are indications of how successful this is...it's really amazing! and i have begun to appreciate my new shape in the mirror (i cannot even tell you how many years it has been since that has happened). this is part of a journey - and i hope you take the first step and chat with the team. they are really lovely. good luck!!! you'll do great. :-) read more

Wrote a lengthy review on Google. Apparently when an internal medicine nurse practitioner has an 80 hour course on hormone replacement therapy, they are good to go at this business. I had a terrible experience here and a 2 week educational equivalency does NOT replace specializations in endocrinology or the alike. The doctor openly does liposuction without being board certified. They responded again like it's no big deal since many clients blindly trust their abilities using trial and error. There is a reason plastic surgeons are board certified! Look up their work histories and actual credentials. It's frightening. Family and emergency internists disguising as hormone specialists and plastic surgeons. read more
