I have never double-posted a review before, but I genuinely cannot stand dishonest companies,…read more especially when it comes to healthcare. I went to One Medical in Fort Lauderdale for what was supposed to be a free consultation. After the appointment, I suddenly found a $300+ charge added to my account. I spent hours speaking with representatives and exchanged at least 25+ emails trying to get an explanation. What they finally told me was honestly unbelievable: they claimed the charge was added because the medical professional asked me a question about bloating during the consultation, and I answered that it was NOT an issue. That single question apparently became a separate billable line item worth over $300. There was never any discussion before or after about treatment, diagnosis, or concerns related to it. In fact, the question felt random and completely out of place at the time. But One Medical refuses to remove the charge because, according to them, the topic was "discussed" simply because their employee asked the question. What makes this even worse is that I am apparently not the only person this happened to. My wife also received an unexpected charge tied to some random question they asked her during her visit, despite her having no issues either. At this point, it genuinely feels like this company is using sketchy billing tactics to squeeze extra money out of patients. Unless both my wife and I are some unbelievable coincidence, I strongly encourage anyone else who has experienced similar surprise charges here to speak up. People deserve transparency in healthcare, not hidden billing traps disguised as "medical discussions." Avoid this location unless you want to risk being charged hundreds of dollars for answering a simple question.

I am extremely upset with the medical negligence on Dr Christine Trimpler part. I brought my…read moredaughter in for her leg pain. The doctor told me she was just being dramatic and sent us home. No X-Ray was done or even offered. Brought her back again because there was clearly something wrong for the Dr to finally agree to do the x-ray. Her leg is BROKEN!! How do you condone sending a 6 year old home with a broken leg saying she's just being a drama queen!! Then your medical expertise was to recommend her to walk on it?? Unprofessional and neglectful.

I would NOT recommend going to this guy. Even before I met him, I had concerns. I overheard him…read moretalking to patients on the phone, and about patients with his staff very rudely. He seemed pompous. Then when I met him, something was definitely "off." He did not seem like someone who cared- I did not feel safe and i questioned whether he was an actual MD. He is not like any I've been to. The initial intake was $1000, then they took blood work and did not let me know it would be another $1000 and then gave me a $500 list of supplements I should purchase from them. Then he offered a "precision plan" which was $12k for 6months for essentially just checkups. My assessment was that this guy doesn't really care about getting people healthy (regular, not wealthy people) but rather preying on people who are dumb enough to fall for all these costs. I got out of there as soon as I could. After I read the reviews about him and that reinforced everything my gut was telling me. Wish I would have read them before wasting $1000 on a consult. This is predatory medicine for people without insurance.

Be warned! This doctor and his establishment should not be in existence. Dr. Dinetz has awful…read moreabusive bedside manner. He is prone to making inappropriate comments that leave the patient feeling violated and vulnerable. Moreover, he and his accomplice, Nurse Nikki, have no idea how to draw blood for labs, and blame their lack of skills on the patient. They also drop patients mid treatment if they feel that you are not in agreement to the constant manipulation, power play and bullying that goes on consistently during the patient interaction. This doctor is extremely unprofessional, harmful and should not be practicing medicine in any shape or form. It is a matter of time, but his violation towards his patients will cost him his practice. I absolutely do not recommend.

If excellence had a name, it would undoubtedly be Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach…read more My experience as a patient has been truly exceptional. I underwent surgery performed by the renowned Dr. Vulcano, an outstanding physician whose expertise, dedication, and compassion inspire complete confidence. I placed my trust in his hands, and I am hopeful that, thanks to his remarkable work, I will make a full recovery from my fractures. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire hospital staff. From the doctors and nurses to every member of the support team, everyone treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. During one of the most challenging moments of my life, I found not only medical excellence but also humanity and compassion. Five stars are simply not enough to rate the quality of care provided by this hospital. Mount Sinai deserves the highest recognition for its unwavering commitment to the health, well-being, and recovery of its patients. Thank you for giving me hope and for guiding me through this journey toward recovery. Highly recommended and deserving of the highest praise. Gremaf Reyes

Whilst they don't have imaging equipment like MRI and CTs for walk ins, the student physician's assistant advocated for me and gave me a full EKG. I left here with some possibilities for what I might be experiencing, a little more certainty. This is how you build trust with LGBTQIA+ patients. B) The main physician saw me for 3 minutes and prescribed me a medication that I am contraindicated against. That is the reason this review is 3 stars instead of five. If he had taken 3 seconds to look at my chart, he would've known exactly why I couldn't take it. I had a very pleasant experience here despite the end result.
