I got an appointment with Trevor (good Yelp and google reviews). He was very kind, and if you're first client of the day he's chatty which helped me relax. He explains all about what he's going with finding places and holding them for 2 minutes or more and gives all kinds of tips and tricks for at home. After the first time I was sore, but took his advice and did an epsom salt bath and lots of water. I came a week later and since then I haven't had any pain! I'm sleeping better (when baby allows) and I'm sending everyone I know who has pain to Trevor.
