The best way for me to sum it up is that I've never been a morning person, and now I look forward to the 6am class. The best part is that no one cares if you're young, old, in shape, out of shape, obese or skinny. They're happy you showed up, and they're rooting for you to succeed. By far the worst Orange Theory (out of around 30 locations I've been to). The girl at the front desk demanded $10 for a heart rate monitor loaner (Really?). Out of all the money I pay you for premier monthly you can't give a complimentary loner ONCE like other locations have for me? Very tacky on your part manager. (She called me to address this and turns out the lousy customer service is on her part, she runs the place with an iron fist). Finally, this instructor "Rob" would not let me deviate from the weight routine at all and forced a confrontation. Look, I lift up to 3 plates on each side at the gym and need to level up my workouts. Doing step ups or a simple plank isn't going to give me any gains or soreness. WAY under par considering all the other locations I use.
