Talked to an employee and a manager over the phone who refunded my money the first month it happened. I was assured the issue was "fixed". A month later I got charges again. I reached out for the second time, but never got the courtesy of anyone returning my voice mail to resolve the same issue. Decided to change my card to prevent being charged a fee to a gym I don't belong to and a gym that can't resolve issues. After I changed my card, was turned over to collection because apparently I owe membership fees to a gym I cancelled my membership with. In my mind, anything positive this gym offered is not worth the way this situation was handled. Would never recommend becoming a member here or giving them any form of credit card information.

After being a member for two weeks at PWC and coming in at different times here is my sincere review. 1. PWC has a nutrition bar where they make fresh smoothies and offer supplements. (get a fresh smoothie after/before working out) 2. PWC is open 24/7 so you can work out at your convenience. 3.PWC has free weights,bicycles,treadmills,ellipticals, a track and a ton of machines. 4.PWC also has a daycare for kids,a rehabilitation center and also personal trainers. 5. PWC has a practical and reasonable monthly subscription 6.Mature crowd 7.Sauna I've been to gyms on the west coast were you pay $129 a month and gym's were you pay $19 a month. It's the same workout,whether you pay 10k for a rolex or ten dollars for a timex they both tell the same time. The more expensive gym's, yes did have newer equipment, fancier tv's, state of the art sound systems, big smoothie and supplement stores. At the end of the day your body & health transformation depends on YOU!! You have to go into the gym you have to lift the weights,you have to get on the treadmill and you have to want it. Typically not always but typically those big "franchised gyms' it's more of a social hour and people wearing too much cologne/perfume. Plus the staff is really nice and they know me by name. That is pretty cool! They have beginner packages that are super affordable. Empowering Punch recently opened in Southpark Mall, and it is located next to Dick sporting goods…read moreon the second floor. To kick off their grand opening they offered free classes for the entire week. They offer personal training, boxing, yoga, trx, weight loss, and boot camp classes. The gym is very open and the public walking by can see everything that is going on inside. The thought of being a window display for mall walkers terrified me and almost made me turn around before walking in. I am glad I didn't though and gave it a try. The employees were friendly and our trainer teaching the TRX class was welcoming and made us all feel comfortable. After warming up I didn't even notice the people walking by and was too focused on the workout to pay attention to anything else. I am not a fan of going to group classes and often feel like I get a better workout by myself, but the small class sizes (12 people) didn't allow for any slacking off or feeling like you didn't know what was going on. Classes run $15 a class and I will definitely like to be put on display there again :)
