We purchased a used vehicle and were given the absolute runaround. Five days straight we were told a part hadn't arrived, even though they initially said it was there and being worked on already... When we finally went to pick up the car, we sat in the waiting room for almost five hours, even though they claimed it was ready. The salesman told us everything was fixed and detailed the day prior and when we arrived, it wasn't detailed at all, and the salesman was not there for our scheduled appointment. Then shortly after, the check engine light comes on. It's a simple issue, something they should have no reason not to fix. Instead they refused service, had us leave, and told us to confirm our warranty that we have with them on our own. Then he said it's not something they could fix at their dealership...? I know not many people check Yelp reviews for dealerships, but I hope this at least reaches some people because I hate supporting inconsiderate and disrespectful places.

I am attaching the review my husband wrote with photos, but just in case TLDR, they damaged my husband's property and are refusing to pay to fix it. Their final offer was for us to pay half and they pay half of the large tear they made in my husband's car seat. We shouldn't pay ANY of it when we didn't create the tear. Their reasoning is that "we aren't going to pay to fix your seat when the seat was already worn out anyways." We have been very surprised and shocked with how the owner has chosen to handle this situation and refused to make it right. You cannot just go damaging a customer's property and not fix it. Mistakes happen, but it's how you choose to handle those mistakes that's important. I would advise everyone to steer clear of them or take very detailed before and after photos of their vehicles before turning them over to them. We are now unfortunately going to have to pay to reupholster the seat due to someone else's damages. In the photos attached: you can see a large rip where an employee sat down in the driver's seat to fix my husband's window with a tool or keys in their back pocket and then turned it back in to us without saying a word. We paid them over $1200 for their work on the car.

I trust that you are aware that a "FREE" diagnosis means that the shop has to find enough repairs to pay for the cost of the "free" service. Update on our situation: After diagnosing the car with the…read more"car ears", we were told we would need to get our right wheel bearing replaced and Raul agreed to give us a discounted rate after my father-in-law went in to talk to him. We were also (finally and thankfully) given a loner car. After switching out the right wheel bearing, we were told that it was actually the left wheel bearing that needed to be switched out. After replacing both, they came back saying the creaking was still happening. This took them 2-3 days. Just this morning, Raul called with an update saying it was the shoe brakes and it was related to the initial job they had done. We got our car back, and it is finally not creaking! We were also not charged for any of the extra work they did on our vehicle. I appreciate them taking the time to fix our car and not charging us any extra money. I am updating my 1 star review to a 3 star review. I just wish our experience was smoother, and our concerns were better heard the first time around.
