As a long-time customer, I expected better communication and to feel like my concerns mattered. Instead, I left feeling unheard and undervalued. Trust is one of the most important qualities in an auto repair shop, and unfortunately, I no longer have that trust. We have twice tried to drop off uhaul trailers at this location. The old lady who runs this place is nasty and tells us to take the trailer to another location in town. We didn't the first time and she begrudgingly let us drop off there. The second time she turned us away, we took the trailer to the All access storage location where the NICE young lady allowed us to drop off even though she was also full. I wouldn't deal with this place for anything, car care or uhaul due to the unpleasant demeanor of the owner.
