We ordered 10 naked wings (1/2 flats and 1/2 drummies) with ranch dipping sauce. They are usually really good. We got 7 drummies and 3 flats with no color on them nor any season salt and 1 small ranch dip. We also both ordered burgers with medium cooks. We both got over cooked burgers. When we brought this to the attention of the server, the only response We got was, "I'm sorry" as he walked away. On our receipt, we were double charged for one drink. W hen my husband told the server, he said because it was a tall. To his credit, he did remove one of those charges. In addition, i think the pickle spear had been chewed on previously. Nasty! Tried lunch on a recent weekend. Not surprising total sports bar vibe. Shout to the place that started this riff off yet totally about to die miserably aka Hooters. We've been seated; attentive service through out the meal. Extra asks delivered quickly. She likes boned wings naked with BBQ on the side. No complaints from her side except she thought the house made tots were better on the last visit. I decided to try a combo of boned wings and chicken tenders. Boned in the hottest Buffalo sauce offered and went with the recommendation of the waitress on the Garlic Parmesan tenders. For the boned I wish they would have been double sauced. Asking for more sauce only got me cold sauce. Through many mediocre attempts I've decided boneless wings aren't my thing. Mostly factory made, fried too many times, and sauced by the restaurant. Better alternative was Sauced split (almost a paillard) tenders. I think this will be my next meal here. Tenders double sauced in the Buffalo sauce. And, I'll be skipping the Caesar Salad that we ordered on this visit. Kitchen, it's not a "Caesar" if the ingredients aren't true to the original recipe. I'd probably be all over a higher start rating if this attempt to avoid double fried (at least on my side) was acceptable. We both agreed it wasn't great and didn't go back. We recently moved to Boerne, and in desperation for wings (since this is the only wing spot in town), we decided to give it a second try. I ordered the peach habanero since the menu lists it as one of their spicier sauces, and again... disappointment. It literally tasted like peach applesauce on a wing with absolutely zero kick. The fries and mac & cheese appetizer were good, I'll give them that, but the main attraction is the wings--and they're just not good. Went here Sunday night for a few drinks for our anniversary and we had a blast sitting at the bar! The bartender was so attentive, efficient and knowledgeable and cleaned as he goes!
