I let the team know ahead of time that my daughter can be a bit of a challenge at the dentist--but they completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, Brook, Danielle, and Chloe welcomed us with genuine warmth and friendliness. Then Lajaylah, my daughter's favorite assistant, made her feel like she was on a fun adventure. When Dr. Richardson came in, it was over--my daughter is officially in love! She hasn't stopped talking about her dental visit and "Dr. R" ever since. Even without dental insurance, the level of care and kindness was 100% worth it. I'll be bringing my entire family here and have already told everyone I know about this amazing office. Thank you to Dr. R and the whole team--you're simply the best!

Their billing department set an expectation of a nominal cost for our Childs cleaning. They encouraged us to get an X-ray done snd fluoride treatment. We advised them we were paying cash, not insurance. For a toddler one trip cost about $350. If your looking for a pediatric dentist who looks out for individuals rather than maximizing billings, id highly recommend you look elsewhere

I Never Thought a Dentist's Office Would Feel Safe…read more It started with a dull throb. Not sharp at first, just a heavy, rhythmic pulse that settled in and refused to leave. The kind of pain you try to ignore because you're tired of being "the sick one." But I've learned that for me, a toothache is never just a toothache. It's another reminder of the long, painful war my body has been fighting against itself. I live with gastroparesis and GERD, two chronic digestive conditions that affect nearly every part of my daily life. Gastroparesis means my stomach doesn't empty the way it should. Food sits there too long, causing constant nausea, bloating, pain, and exhaustion. GERD is chronic acid reflux, where stomach acid repeatedly flows back up into the esophagus. It burns. It damages tissue. And while most people think of heartburn, they don't realize how destructive that acid can be over time. Night after night, while I'm asleep, that acid creeps upward. It erodes enamel. It weakens teeth. It undoes years of careful brushing, flossing, and trying to do everything "right." There's a special kind of heartbreak in watching your body damage something you've worked so hard to protect. It makes you feel betrayed by your own biology. And then there's the anxiety. For years, the dentist was one of my biggest fears. The chair. The smells. The sounds. The feeling of being trapped and vulnerable while already in pain. Just thinking about an appointment could trigger a full panic attack. I avoided going for as long as I could, convincing myself I could push through the pain because, somehow, that felt easier than facing the fear. Until I found Miller Dentistry. From the moment I walk through the door, something changes. The space doesn't feel cold or rushed. I don't feel judged for the damage my illness has caused. I feel seen. Like a human being, not a problem to fix. The staff there became the backbone of my bravery. They don't rush me. They don't minimize my fear. They explain every step before it happens and check in constantly, making sure I'm okay before they even think about picking up a tool. Slowly, visit by visit, the panic that once controlled me started to loosen its grip. And then there's Dr. Miller. He's the kind of doctor you rarely encounter. Not just skilled, but deeply human. He took the time to understand how my chronic illness affects my teeth and my anxiety. He never made me feel like a burden. He did something that still amazes me. He gave me his personal cell phone number. Not as a gesture, but as a promise. If something goes wrong, if pain spikes, if fear takes over, I'm not alone. That kind of care changes everything. Knowing I can reach him gives me a sense of safety I didn't think was possible in dental care. It's not just about fixing a tooth. It's about trust. It's about being believed. It's about having someone in your corner when your body feels like it's constantly failing you. My journey with gastroparesis and GERD isn't over. It's painful. It's unpredictable. And my teeth may always be at risk because of it. But when I'm sitting in that chair at Miller Dentistry, I don't feel like a victim of my illness. I feel protected. I feel understood. I feel grateful in a way that's hard to put into words. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm in the best possible hands. Thank you Dr. Brad Miller & everyone at Miller Dentistry

The tech that took me back took pictures of my teeth. She explained every step, gave me a tour, and made my first visit fee very in depth. I waited for a few minutes and I was greeted by Nicole. She is the coordinater that helps you with the financial aspect of your treatment. I was immediately greeted with a warm handshake from the doctor. His consultation was so in depth and not rushed at all. He answered every question I had, even the silly ones. I thought that traditional braces was going to be my only answer but he assured me that I can have the same treatment in the same amount of time with Invisalign for the same cost (they have a promotion right now). I'm 31 years old, sign me up for clear retainer braces! I never realized that it's so much more than just having straight teeth. He explained to me about my bite, the shape of my teeth, side effects that I have now that I didn't even know was because of my current structure. He went into detail how and why my teeth will shift and what to expect. For a free consultation this was so in depth and really blew me away. Nicole made it easy for payments. It's pretty up front. You make a down payment. The more you put down, the lower your payments. It's not rocket science like some of the previous reviews I read. It's very easy to see how many months it will take to pay off the amount. If you choose to pay it off early that's fine. She was willing to work with me if I needed help with payments but everything was fine. It's like having a bill due every month that's auto drafted and you pick the date. She was very nice and explained everything in details. Last step was getting my teeth scanned for the Invisalign to get my trays. Super easy. Fast. The tech even removed my old retainer on my bottom teeth that was permanent. She made sure I was in no pain since the water is cold. I simply had to raise my hand and she would stop and hold my tooth from the ache of the cold. That's an extra step that no hygentist has ever done. She told me that my trays will arrive in 4-6 weeks. I look forward to future visits here and a straight healthy smile. P.S. They have free drinks and ice cream in the waiting area which is so cool!

The…read morefirst I had to go back in because it was loose, the second was too big for the space he put it into and I had to see another dentist to get help. He had placed a tooth that was too big onto the abutment causing severe pain by causing all my bottom teeth to shift like an orthodontic adjustment done too fast. In addition to that I had asked him prior to the implant if it was safe to have an implant at all due to having osteoporosis. he told me it was safe. After the procedure he told me we shouldn't have done the implant because my jawbone was too porous. I reminded him that he told me it was safe after I had told him I had osteoporosis and he said "oh" and looked at the floor. Also, when the second implant was done he left his assistant alone in the room to install the abutment part of the implant and was using an improper wrench causing the tool to slip repeatedly over the head of the metal parts. When he entered the room he told her the wrench she was using was too big. After looking up TX state laws I learned that dental assistants are not permitted to install parts of implants unattended by the dentist.
