There was a little wait and we guessed they may still be figuring out some of the kinks. It wasn't too terrible. The wait was worth it, though! The wings were crispy and juicy - they were quite tasty! My husband said the pizza was one of the best he had. It was full of cheese with crispy edges - it was delicious! My buffalo chicken wrap was flavorful and hit the spot! After we paid for our bill, our server gave us two free drink coins for next time! We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. That being said, the place is legitimately a great business within a small town that does not possess many options. First and foremost, these guys lead the way with a really nice beer selection. It does not remain static like many of their competitors' lineups. They often change their taps (something like twenty or more) and take chances with unique flavors. How many bars have a Salted Nut Roll beer? From a food perspective, I can say that while not having tried a ton, that which I have has all been on the better side. Daily specials and HH are also something to expect, with the former often as unique as you might get. And if you're in the mood for a good burger, I would liken Kev's to a Boulder Taphouse, all in ways similar to quality, portion, and creation. At the crux, though, are the staff and owners. They are great people that I consistently choose to surround myself with, hardworking, friendly and fun. It is a young atmosphere within a sports/burger-bar environment. One-hundred percent worth trying if you are new to the area or passing through town.
