About 20 minutes after being there I got hungry and went to go grab a bite to eat. It was about 10:00. I get back a little before 11:00 and my car is currently being worked on. I didn't think anything of it until the mechanic came into the waiting room and said it had to replace my hub and will assemblies and it was going to be about $450. They did not get permission to do any repairs on my car only in inspection. They said that I probably heard all sorts of sounds coming from the back of my car up to this point and I would feel the difference in my car. I did not hear any sounds coming from the back side of my car I heard it sounds coming from the front of the car. My car still shakes when I drive so I don't feel the difference. I feel cheated because I would have got a second opinion and a different price quote. I almost didn't have the money to even pay them. And given that it's Christmas coming up my kids are going to get less for Christmas and it's because of these clowns. Do not go here. I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and the attorney general's office. I hope they read this.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue.
