This guy is so unprofessional, lacks courtesy, and I would never take any of my furs for him to clean. It makes me wonder if I left my fur, would I be able to pick it up when I wanted? Do I have to make an appointment to pick up my own items down the line... you get where I'm going with this. I made an appt instead with a furrier in Beverly Hills. Not only does it look better but they answered in a clear, calm, respectful manner. Not sure who is keeping him in business. I would never step foot in here if they paid me to!

As you go in, on the right hand side they have a "stage" with a piano in the middle (this is a step high) one of the older ladies did not see that step, tripped and fell onto the stage. Which is definitely a hazard. The owner comes out furious from his office yelling at the employee and asking why was she trying to go on the stage. The employee was trying to explain that she tripped on accident. At this point, I'm very upset. The owner does not care if the lady is ok, if she is hurt. nothing at all! all he cares is about his damn stage. I jump in and suggest maybe they should have a sing to watch their step to prevent this from happening again. his response "was I talking to you" - in a rude tone! I said, "no, but I work in customer service and I know about customer care. Instead of you checking to see if the lady is ok, you're worried about your floor!"
