She strives to keep her prices as low as she can and that is obviously very important to her. She cares a lot about her customers, is flexible, and is understanding if I need to reschedule. She has managed to keep my natural eyelashes in good shape all this time. It is a bit awkward, but the coverage is amazing. I had a very even tan that lasted about a week (except for my face which is understandable). Because I was new to having a person do this I needed them to slow down a bit in giving instructions but I've since booked 2 more appointments with shine because I am happy with the outcome. It does not appear this location has weekend hours but their legacy one does so I am sure I will bounce around a bit.

I asked about the specific pen being used and the needle depth, which I thought were pretty standard things people look into before getting this treatment. The woman who answered the phone (I believe her name started with C) immediately made the question sound "weird" and said she had never heard anyone ask that before. When I asked about the pen, she avoided giving a clear answer and just said "it's not a pen from Amazon or something." The conversation felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and dismissive, especially considering this is an academy where clients should feel comfortable asking questions about procedures. I would have expected a more professional and helpful response.
