The woman who answered the phone (I believe her name started with C) immediately made the question sound "weird" and said she had never heard anyone ask that before. When I asked about the pen, she avoided giving a clear answer and just said "it's not a pen from Amazon or something." The conversation felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and dismissive, especially considering this is an academy where clients should feel comfortable asking questions about procedures. I would have expected a more professional and helpful response.
