There is a large assortment of feeders, bird baths, cages to protect the feeders, entire systems of hardware to support feeders, whimsical items to brighten the garden space and so much more. I get mealworms for my bluebirds, seed cakes for my downy woodpeckers, and no-mess seed for everyone! The staff is knowledgeable about seasonal specials and I get "bird bucks" that help me save on my next purchase. AND...they will deliver. Could a little independent store offer much more? I bought over $100 of seed items which being elderly, was hard for me to easily carry. I know from previous experience that the store has a rolling cart that they have used to help customers carry items to the curb. The employee did not ask if I needed help or even open the door for me. This happened on Oct. 16, 2022. I wrongly picked up a bag of Butter Bark Nuggets with hot pepper. I returned to the store on Oct. 20, 2022 to ask to exchange for a bag without hot pepper. The same employee was there. First she said that they were waiting on a shipment . I asked her if I could get a credit to return when the shipment came . She pointed to a tiny red card in small print and told me that they did not take RETURNS. That's the end.
