Went there to pick up a birthday cake for my precious pooch. They were super friendly, friendly to my dog and they were helpful as to what all I needed. It's a cute and quaint store with everything you need from food, treats, toys, clothing, etc. I highly recommend them! I left with a reindeer ball squeaky toy, gingerbread treats, a Clemson jersey, and other cute squeaky toys. My Romeo loved his birthday cake! Thanks so much! read more

So happy I researched this place....their website and great general reviews !!!!! Other places have lower ratings and properly deserve them. I adopted an older pup (72 pounds) German pei .He needed a Nails clip/grin roughly 25 $ and I did the first time DIY Bath 16$. I bought a leash too (nice selections).Made sure I timed ( Monday 10:30) to go in and see the not so busy shop. Also made sure Lebowski was exercised. Greeted by attentive attendees at the front desk. Explained my new dog and they were quick to point out Eric was well experienced not to worry. Eric did his feet. Eric was perfect with my dog. I witnessed and Eric said Lebowski did fine. I also washed DIY Lebowski (shy of water to the face) Eric came over and helped w this process....cool.Great location and easy street park. The staff selling foods is very nice. While their selection of kibble is limited to brands that aren't carried by Petco/Petsmart, their selection of treats is awesome. They have a lot of homemade dog treats and "Happy Birthday" cookies for your furry friends. There's a dog bowl for water for any visitors. Our Border Collie gets very excited when she realizes that she's going to Paisley Paw! She enjoys getting her WARM bath and getting dried with the WARM bath towels. Washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels are readily available at each tub. Our baby loves to have her face washed with a washcloth. A wide selection of shampoos, conditioners and whiteners are available at each tub for your convenience. Daisy gets shampooed, conditioned, and then whitened. Once finished she gets spritzed with the girly perfume. There are also combs, brushes, deshedders, etc. available for use at each tub. The best thing of all is that items, even tubs, are kept CLEAN & SANITIZED for the next client (pet). Daisy even gets a treat before she leaves the store. The fee for this service is based on your pet's weight and is reasonably priced. Paisley Paw also has a HUGE selection of items for sale like pet toys, food, beds, collars, leashes, clothing, treats and many more items for your pets! Paisley Paw is an amazing place for giving your dog a bath! We will NEVER give a home bath again. I highly recommend Paisley Paw. read more

Fantastic place. Staff super friendly and helpful. Good variety of merchandise for the doggies. We are regulars for self bathing. I've used their groomers for nail trimming. They have all your DIY needs covered. Excellent choice of shampoos and conditioners. Tubs always clean, dryers in working order. Warm towels, washcloths, perfume, combs and brushes, ear cleaners, etc... Staff set everything up for you, assist if necessary. They even has a tub insert for smaller dogs, so you don't have to lean over as much. Been to a variety of places in GSP but Paisley Paw is the best. On Saturdays, call for an appointment since they get busy at times. read more

I love this store. Everyone is incredibly helpful and loving to all our 4 legged friends. And a huge shout-out to Eric, their new groomer. I thought I was doing a decent job maintaining my dogs haircuts at home during COVID, but I couldn't deal with their nails, ear hair etc. so I made appointments for them. I am so glad I took them in for a total grooming, they are absolutely adorable now. They are so clean and trim. The whole family is in awe of just how well Eric did with them. I've only visited this store once and was not impressed with the pretentiousness. Then I find out the owner goes to a local college to recruit and hire help - presumably because they're cheap - only to fire those students that were hired within a month of hire. Why would I (or anyone for that matter) support a store that has absolutely no morals when it comes to work ethic!? What else are they crooked about!? read more

My 2 shepherds and I love this place!!! We go every few weeks for the DIY dog bathing. Everything is provided from the warm towels to shampoo, condition, and brushes. I will precurse this review by saying I am (was) a frequent customer to the diy dog wash. Pretty terrible service from the groomer. I brought my Yorkie in and asked to have his hair cut short for summer. It was already somewhat short but he needed about 1/2 inch cut off and generally tidied up. I normally am a DIY-er and groom my dogs myself but occassionally "splurge" and get my dog a professional hair cut, maybe twice a year. When I came to pick him up they told me they weren't able to cut it "very much" because much shorter and you "would see his skin".They had me pay before seeing my dog. I paid $55 (including a decent tip). Y'all, they trimmed around his face, did not cut his nails, and his legs/body didn't look like it had been cut at all. NOT EVEN A BIT. I was pretty upset but not wanting to be a "Karen" I decided to go home. I went home and stewed over it. I went ahead and trimmed him myself, took off about 1/2 inch and definitely cannot see his skin. Then I called them to ask for some recourse. I feel $55 is a lot to spend for basically a facial trim and bath. I would have been happy with just a bath or a nail trim in the future, something small. I was put on hold three times before I spoke to the groomer who told me there was nothing she could do about it because I had already left and trimmed him myself. Nothing. There are too many other good groomers who have better customer service and charge less. I tried supporting a local business, and I like the premise of the store...but, I will not be back again. Hope you don't either. The groomer there certainly didn't act like she cared if they lost a customer. read more

Paisley Paw is my favorite pet store in Spartanburg. I met the owner while I was at work and I told her that my pup needed her face trimmed. She told me to come up there the next day and she could squeeze me in with their groomer. So I went, my dog got her hair cut with no wait, and she looks beautiful! The staff is friendly, kind, and offers great advice. Toys, treats, leashes, etc are all reasonably priced and high quality. Definitely going back! read more

Excellent customer service! I came to Paisley Paw looking for good dog harness with my 8 month old 70 pound puppy in tow. I had just been to Petsmart in town but the store clerks there were not very helpful. At Paisely Paw, Robin took a lot of time to fit my puppy for a variety of harness styles and made sure we had one that I was pleased with and that fit my pup properly. She was also very gentle and patient with my pup. Although the prices are a little more than the chain stores it was definitely worth it for the customer service and a higher quality product. It was also nice to be able to support a small local business. Very pleased with our experience at Paisley Paw! read more
