I strongly caution others regarding my experience with the veterinarian, Tonisia Browne. During my appointment, she repeatedly pressured me to give my dog a rabies vaccine, even after I explained multiple times that he was not due for the vaccination until August 25. When I declined the rabies vaccine at that time, she then attempted to withhold antibiotics that had been prescribed for my dog's skin issue. I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I had already submitted all of the vaccination records I had available and was waiting for the remaining 2025 records. I am fully aware of the laws and requirements regarding rabies vaccinations, and all of my pets are up to date on their vaccinations. The office manager who was present at the time stepped in, helped de-escalate the situation, and agreed to waive the $75 visit fee for that appointment. She also ensured that I received the necessary prescription for my dog. The following day, I spoke with the primary office manager. Unfortunately, she refused to formally address my concerns, declined my request for a written apology from the veterinarian and technician involved, and refused to file a formal complaint regarding the incident. Instead, I was essentially dismissed from the practice. I explained that I had no issues with the other veterinarians or technicians I had previously worked with at this office. However, I was told that because this veterinarian worked there, it would be impossible for me to avoid seeing her in the future. I found that response to be unacceptable and further demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for my experience as a client. Due to the way this situation was handled, I have also reported the veterinarian to the appropriate licensing board. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously, as clients should be able to trust that their concerns will be handled respectfully and professionally, especially when it involves the care of their pets.

I called back 3 more times over the next couple of minutes, but no one answered. I had 2 meeting coming up and would not be available if I left a message After waiting about 10 minutes, I called again and someone answered. I heard "Hello" and that the call was being recorded. I asked if there were any grooming appointments available next week. The manager immediately responded by asking if I was the person who had just called multiple times. I said yes, and before I had a chance to explain that I was simply trying to get through to schedule an appointment, he told me that calling repeatedly was rude and that I would not be receiving any services from them. He then hung up on me. I was surprised by the response and attempted to call back twice to clarify that I was not trying to be rude, but my calls were not answered. Later, my wife called and spoke with the same manager. He stated that he was with a customer and that I should have known that repeatedly calling was rude. I had assumed this was a business line with multiple lines, but we later learned it is actually a cell phone, and I assume he doesn't know that you can silence them. My wife asked to have the owner contact her to discuss the situation, but more than a day later we have still not received a response. Based on this experience and the way the situation was handled, we will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this business to others.

I was lucky to be able to get a same day appointment to see Dr. Jenna Washburn for a new patient exam, she did a skin cytology, was able to provide my dog a cytopoint shot which is what he has been given in the past by his vet for this type of issue, since she saw some bacteria in his skin cytology she also provided us with some cefpodoxine medication for him. I can't thank her & her team for seeing us in short notice. This will make sure the rest of our trip is more enjoyable for everyone. My first impression of the establishment was plenty of parking, lots of open space outside for the dogs to pee, the waiting area was very clean, nicely decorated, & welcoming for your pets. They have a coffee station by the door, and I saw a restroom on my way into our op. Our op was very clean, private, with some pet information to read while you wait, the assistant was very friendly, and very attentive to my dog. Price is pretty much the same that we would've paid in FL. They do ask for a $50 deposit over the phone when making your appointment but it goes towards your bill. Again thank you to the great front desk staff, assistant, and Dr. Washburn for seeing us ! I highly recommend this vet for your pet. If needed in the future we would definitely come back when in the area!

Walked out paying $453.78 and still have not received my pet's prescription for her heartworm medication after notifying them multiple times. Front desk receptionists clearly covers for the office manager whom I have tried making an appointment with but only makes contact through email, and signs her name as Crystal, LVT with no last name. Our German shepherd mix has anxiety issues and having the daily walks is a must. She waits by the door every morning for Liz to walk her and her brother. Jan and Brittany have stayed at our home multiple times while we are away (sometimes two weeks at a time). There are no words to express the peace of mind we have when we know they are taking care of our babies. They go above and beyond - once Jan even took our poodle to the vet because he had an ear infection while we were away. I cannot recommend these ladies enough - they are very professional with reasonable prices.
