Gave them an EXACT description of the item and was told they would like to purchase the item and the purchase amount estimate. Drove 30 minutes one way with my kids to be told that they are going to pass on the item and I did not give an accurate description. When I pulled up the text thread to show that I DID in fact give an accurate description, I was told "oh, I didn't read that. We are going to pass." I can write it but I can't read it for you. If customers are going to be spending time driving to you from far distances you can at least slow down 20 seconds to read a message fully. When you do mess up, it probably isn't best practice to automatically place blame on the customer for your lack of reading. For this reason, we will no longer be shopping...or selling with them.

They were able to go through our things in less than 30 minutes. And we picked out some really cute size 4 and five toddler girl clothes and a few toys that my granddaughter is in love with! They have new and pre-loved items. And they're always getting new stuff. They gave us a really fair price for the things they purchased and we saved a ton of money.

They carry a variety of goods for the entire family, including your fur babies. They seem to cater more towards certain brand names, like Teva, Keen, Shimano, Columbia and Born. They also have way more outdoors stuff like camping and fishing gear. Pretty decent prices and I noticed they carry a range of sizes from XS and up. I may find a piece of clothing that I really like at their other stores, but they may not carry that same thing in a larger/smaller size but here, you can find different sizes. I'm glad I stopped in and I'll return when I'm ready to hit the outdoors!!

They were very informative when I picked up the bike and explained everything they had to do to the bike, and the pricing was very fair. Their communication throughout the whole process was stellar as well. Just recently, I was in there and Jake immediately greeted us asking if we could use any help. He provided my mom with information regarding town bikes and answered all of her questions. Patrick then gave me advice on what I could do to become a more well-rounded rider. One of my favorite things about Eastside is how passionate about the sport the guys are, and their willingness to help anyone who comes into the shop. I'm planning on having another bike built by them, and Patrick has already been more than helpful with that as well. These guys are well worth the drive to support them.

Luckily, Edwards had smaller plants in the color I wanted, and a kind staff member kindly offered to combine two of the small plants for repotting together in the size pot I wanted. The result was just right! I also learned that there was a crop failure of poinsettias in the color I wanted which is why so few were available this year. When I was notified my order was ready, the employee there was extremely complacent and not friendly. She questioned if I was actually notified that they were ready for me, I told her I received a text, spelled my first and last name out per her request, and she asked me if I was sure on how to spell my last name. At that point, I was frustrated with the interaction. I'm used to my last name being misspelled - it's completely understandable it happens all the time! I've never had someone ask me if I spelled my last name right, literally had to confirm that was the question and was met with attitude. She asked me to spell it again, turns out my last name was entered waaay incorrectly. Somehow my last name was spelled with an r, h, p? That was a new one. I understand what it's like to misspell someone's name in customer service, I did work at St. Luke's and checked patients in. If I misspelled someone's last name, I would verify and spell it back to them to double check. The issue isn't making a mistake because that's something we all do and I have immense patience for that (I make them all the time), what I don't have patience for is rude customer service. The bar for customer service at Plato's closet has always been low, and I just brushed it off as unexperienced and unenthusiastic staff. I don't go there much anyways so I didn't feel like leaving a review but today was extremely frustrating.
