My family has had multiple bad service at this restaurant. This morning, no biscuits. Last visit, the special was Ham Biscuits and they had no ham. The time before, drive through order only to get to work and have the wrong order after waiting at the side of the store for over 15 minutes for it. I waited in line for 9 minutes only to be told "hold please" when I got to the box. then waited another 4 minutes and just left. this place usually has really long wait times or they're out of staples, like dark meat. like a bad breakup- it's time to move on. read more

THE WORST! Oh wow talk about an awful fast food experience. We ordered a 20 pc and were told 30 minute wait time. It ended up being 50 minutes. The staff is not very friendly and look at you like you're crazy for coming in to ask about your order when it's delayed. The guy next to me said he had ordered an 8pc and was told 10 mins but he was also waiting next to me. I was watching them the last 20 minutes and they move super slowly. It's almost like they're trying to move slower than humanly possible. Not really sure how they are still open. Also, they messed up the order. We were so tired from waiting we just accepted that they messed up the order and didn't bother trying to get a refund. Don't go there! read more

The food is always the same not bad but not amazing. The sweet tea is usually not sweat and they take FOREVER and FORGET EVERYTHING.

DO NOT GO HERE. We live nearby, and have had consistently bad experiences. Multiple times of incorrect orders and having to wait 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for our order, despite having placed them via the app. This time was the last straw. Never again. read more

Even though this is a fast food joint, every job should have professionalism. That definitely wasn't & really caught me off guard. Food isn't great either. Better off going to Popeyes. read more

It's Bojangles. Nothing new here, except I did take note that while going through the drive through, it wasn't quite quick. I eventually got my food. I thought that this store seemed like it was a little short staffed. Still, they gave me some hot sauce and I was well on my way to going through some chicken. Overall, my experience was good and considering they had what I wanted. Up in TN, they don't have enough dark meat considering that's all I eat. I would recommend to come here, but I think maybe going inside to get the food would be faster. read more

So I stop by Friday evening, around 6:00. I go through the drive thru, because I've been working in the yard all afternoon, and I don't want to be seen. I order a chicken tender dinner, and the girl says something in the microphone. I can't understand what she said, so I say "excuse me?" Silence. Then a man comes on and says there's a 13 minute wait for tenders! On a Friday night, at dinner time!! Ridiculous! No apologies from them. I'm in the drive thru, there's cars in front of me, cars behind me, I'M STUCK! I have to wait while they finish with the people ahead of me. As I drive out, I'm ignored. This is the second time they've done this! I'm so tired of this store and their inability to be prepared. I'm also tired of the attitude of the employees there. read more

Do not waste your time (literally) at this location. We placed an order online for curbside pickup because when we came the day before we waited almost 30 minutes. After we waited for about 15 minutes they came out and told us it was too early to drop the chicken. We said that was fine and could we change it to some breakfast items. They said yes and ran back inside. THIRTY minutes later we went inside and asked about our food. We were told they would check on it. That employee then walked off and did not do any checking. I finally flagged someone else down and told them our problem. They did not seem to care at all. I finally got 2 biscuits and she said would grab the other items. Then she went to the cash register and took forever doing something completely unrelated. We were obviously running extremely late at this point, so I grabbed my 2 biscuits that we ended up paying almost $30 for and had waited close to 50 minutes for and told them we couldn't wait any longer. Also when we walked in there was another customer that struck up a conversation with us and told us that would be the first and last time she ever came there. As a new resident of Aiken SC, I was told that Bojangles" spicy fried chicken was better than Popeyes. After residing in the southwest, north east and west coast, I have had the opportunity to taste fried chicken from Popeye's Church's, and various regional fried chicken restaurants. That said, I decided to try the Bojangles in Aiken, SC. I arrived at the drive in at 12:30 pm. As with most fast food restaurants, lunch time is paramount. To my dismay, they had not prepped for lunch time and had no chicken ready. Myself and other customers had to wait twenty minutes for our orders. Moreover, I specifically requested SPICY chicken, but received over non spicy. In short, this location is no competition for Popeyes in Aiken. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. read more

25 minute wait with only 3 cars in front of me at the drive through. No apology, explanation or urgency from the staff. Didn't even give me my receipt. Chicken stripes were tiny. 0/10 would not recommend and will not be going back. read more
