Not our first visit but is our 1st time getting Açaí bowls from this location. I had the traditional açaí and my daughter had the strawberry. Mine was really good! I would have liked some of the honey drizzle on the granola so that it would be all over the lid. The Strawberry açaí base was not good. It was quite watery and seemed more like an icee. Great new walkin spot in Aiken for smoothies and sandwiches. The service was quick and the smoothie was great. It was nice having a few chunks of pineapple to bite into after I finished. I also tried a tumeric shot.. I've never had one before and didn't know what to expect... it was interesting. But it is healthy right? Not sure I'll do that again. Was very excited for a place to open up in Aiken with açaí bowls but was quickly disappointed after paying $15.12 for the smallest smoothie bowl I have ever ordered. I've ordered açaí bowls in airports, NY, AZ, and CT that cost this much and were three times the size. Not to mention the taste left much to be desired. Also be aware this location charges a credit card fee and has signs stating "all sales final" which should've been a red flag to begin with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT spend your money here. read more

After a wonderful massage nearby, I went Smoothie Groove for a late breakfast. I went in and took note of the stylish decor and artwork in the business. I was greeted promptly. This business has an extensive and the cashier was kind enough to help me narrow down my choices. I chose the Love Jones that I think contained celery, kale, pineapple, gren apple and lemon. It was delicious. The smoothie hit the nice balance between smooth and icy. I also ordered a slice of avocado that. Nice toasted whole grain with a well-seasoned spread of avocado with chopped onions. The service was fast. I'd also like to add that the kitchen staff member took the time to make more avocado spread after noticing what they currently had on hand was up to their standards. It was certainly worth the short wait. The food and srrvice was a 10 out of 10. I'll be back. read more

Undoubtedly the most delicious salad I've ever had. As fresh as it gets to include the pineapple. The strawberries are incredible tasting- not sure what they do to them but they define flavor overload. Can't go wrong with the balsamic dressing either despite not really needing it. I like their smoothies; so far everything I've ordered has been to my liking (i have not tried their food or juices, only the smoothies). Keep in my mind this is a more healthy juice bar type smoothie that uses actual fruits as opposed to other places that use more artificial/commercial type flavorings (so perfect if you're looking for a healthy treat after a workout). The service has been pretty quick from my experiences and the staff friendly. There is plenty of parking around their location and they do have outside chairs and tables set up if you wanted to sit out there to sip your drink. When you walk into the café you will see the menu and counter in front of you and bar style seating along both walls. Only 5 customers are allowed inside at once and you will notice social distancing dots on the floor. They also have plexi glass barriers up at the registers to protect you and the cashiers. Small downside to the plexi glass is it makes it a little difficult to read the menu which is on the wall behind the registers but this is not a huge inconvenience. I found their facility to be nice and clean with cute little pops of festive decor (St. Patrick's Day now). No public restroom. Smoothie Groove has expanded their hours since opening and the hours appearing on Google now match the hours posted on the front of their store. The smoothies were on point! I like how they put fresh fruit on top and have some that are made with different veggies like cucumber, celery or fruits like dragon fruit and elderberry. Plus they have a variety of mixers like almond milk or coconut water. The bagel was ok. Being new to the area, I was highly disappointed to find out there are no smoothie chain places here (i.e., Smoothie King). I was resigned to going to Augusta to get a smoothie. I just happened to see this place mentioned by someone on FB and thought I'd try it. That was maybe a month ago ago and I've been at least once a week since. Their smoothies are delicious and healthy. Well, I've only tried one because I can't help it. I love it so much... "The Payback." But I will try others and/or I'll build my own (which I just noticed you can do). I also tried the turkey wrap (well, I've had it twice). Very nice and up until now, I wasn't a fan of wraps, but SG has changed all of that. I keep meaning to take pictures of my purchases, but I can't wait to eat them, so I forget. I did have the house salad and it was so pretty I happened to take a picture of that one. Everything is fresh and delicious here. It's a small place with few seats. Most people take out. The staff for the most part are really nice and helpful, though I have had one who was just phoning it in (doesn't affect the food any though). I spotted this place when I was looking for a dry cleaner that would clean my mother-in-law's hats. It is nearly hidden away in this pocket mall. I don't even know the name of the shopping area, but it is near TJMaxx, Bed Bath & Beyond and Academy Sports. They have an extensive smoothie menu, but also serve wraps, sandwiches and a couple of desserts. A smoothie and sandwich will set you back about $12.00. read more

The seating options aren't very great and when I made my order the employee wasn't very attentive nor did she seem to wanna be there. She had an AirPod in her ear and didn't engage much.
