This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The 4 stars is for the food. The calzones and smash burgers were really good. The calzones are massive! You won't leave hungry. The picture of the smashburger does not do it justice. My fault. It was big! I had to cut it in half to eat it. The fries were good but on the cold side. We sat outside because the weather was nice. It was picnic tables with cute lights strung overhead. The rest of the experience would have been 2 stars. We waited forever for our food. This is probably normal bc I do understand they have to cook the calzones but I was tired from a long drive so maybe it was me. Our food came out. They served everyone but 1 of us and asked if we needed anything else. They said they would bring out plates, silverware, etc bc none of that was done during our long wait. I requested ketchup and asked about the calzone that was missing. She said she would check on it. She came back and said to be honest they burned it and have started a replacement. Ok. I guess we would have just done without had we not asked? The burned one was comped and I appreciate that but we should have been told when the food came out. The server was nice but we had to scrounge for napkins and go in for a to-go box. read more

I've usually call in my order of a chef salad or a veggie pizza. They are really good. However some of my family was over so we went into the restaurant. The food was good, however it was so cold in there I thought maybe it was hog killing time. Sitting there waiting on our burgers, we watched the poor waitress. Only one, and she was doing a great job, they need more help! I know good help is hard to find. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. They literally stuff garlic knots inside the lasagna and chicken alfredo, leaving everything soggy and gross. Customer service was just as bad--unfriendly and unhelpful. Candice in particular was rude for no reason. Overall, questionable staff and even worse food. Would not recommend. read more

I want to support local businesses. I would rather eat the pizza here than Dominos. I would rather give my money to a local place with local people. I've also seen 100 restaurants like this come through north GA and not make it because they couldn't run a restaurant, they scared away the clientele due to long wait times and poor service. Then the owners blame everyone else when the place closes. I hope that doesn't happen here. I hope this place makes it. The food is good at Baby Hughy's, if you can get to it before it gets cold. The service is incredibly slow and chaotic - on weekends especially. It is not the fault of the servers. They try hard with a smile on their face, even when there are incredible lapses in service. I saw many angry patrons tonight, one family of 4 that walked out when receiving food they waited forever for and weren't happy with it. I placed a takeout order on the websitefor 3 pizzas, bread knots and wings at 4:53. I requested a 6:45 pickup. I wanted to give them as much advanced notice as possible. I arrived at 6:45 and was told it would be out shortly. Turns out they hadn't started my order yet, but didn't tell me. At 7:00, I asked someone how much longer and it was "we got slammed, sorry" line. I get it, but that's why I gave the 2 hours heads up. Got my food at 7:45, the pizzas that they made first sat for a bit waiting on all the other food and was cold. With all of this said, the food was pretty good once I finally got it! If it was still hot it would've been really good! The place is full of potential. Times are tough and for the price of their pizza they have to do better or they will go the same way of all the other dinosaur restaurants in Walker/Catoosa that never evolved and closed in 2 years. Consider closing online ordering on weekends. It's good revenue but is killing your service to those who dine in. The owner needs to spend more time at the Rock Spring branch and get operations under control. I won't be back until things are more stable. read more

Went here for a quick late lunch/early dinner with my mom and dad. They both are absolutely OBSESSED with the smash burgers and can't stop raving about them. I had the gluten free classic and it was delicious. Happy Hour prices were also a family favorite! We will definitely be back! Also, shoutout to Megan, the bar manager, for going above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of the entire time. She did not disappoint one bit, and is one of the friendliest servers I have had in a long time. read more

My wife and I were finally able to make it to this place and we were not disappointed...from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile...we sat in the back room and took the suggestion of the manager,Meagan. we both had the smash burger...I had the homemade potatoe chips and my wife had the fries...it was all great and the portion size was awesome...we will definitley be going back to try some more of the menu.... read more

I will definitely give it another try because it's a new business. However I want to be honest. I was told to pick any table to sit at and every table was dirty with prior patron food. I had to wipe the table myself. Once I ordered, 25 mins later a kitchen staff member came out to say they were out of lasagna. I was disappointed to say the least. BUGS, POOR SERVICE AND HIGH PRICES,THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD!!! There are many reasons. The food is supposed to be good, but the management is horrible. many customers were left standing and waiting endlessly including elderly and disabled. Take out customers were sent on their way with wrong orders and cold food. There were also multiple complaints about cold food, wrong orders and excessive overcharging during my time waiting. One customer claimed to have found a cockroach in her smash burger.Staff even got into a shouting match with one customer because the food was not correct AND they overcharged him. DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU DO, BE SURE NOT TO PAY UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD AND YOUR BILL!!! They also repeatedly exposed everyone's card information to anyone standing near the checkout. I personally saw at least a dozen or so l myself. I could have easily recorded any of them with my phone. Criminals could too!! Staff was cold,irritable and barely acknowledged customers entering. They won't last under the current management. UPDATE : The pathetic manager called the sheriff on me for posting this review. I'm not allowed back there. Not interested anyway. We went to the new Rock Springs location. It was worth a try, but don't think I'll go back. I thought, due to all the hype l heard it would be great. It wasn't. 1. We were seated at the table going into the back room......bad spot! They should take this table out. We had all the servers who worked there passing by us to go get drinks and other stuff. When a large group came in to eat, they turned two tables at a 90% angle to out table, and the only way the servers could get by was to hang their behinds over our table to squeeze by. Not pleasant....after a few near close encounters they finally turned the other tables parallel to ours and solved the problem. 2. The server told us that all food was cooked to order and therefore takes longer. I don't mind waiting at all when the food is good. I ordered o smash burger and fries, and my wife ordered chicken fingers and chips. About 25 minutes later the server came by and put an order of nice looking breadsticks on our table, and blew past us to the back room. We hadn't ordered them, so we didn't touch them. I looked at her on her way back and she realized the breadsticks were not ours, so she picked them up and took them tr another couple's table. Good thing we hot + sneezed or coughed. About the same time, another server who appeared to be the expediter brought out our order and attempted to put our food on two other different tables. She never put them completely down before she got them to us, so l accepted them. I wouldn't have taken the breadsticks if l'd been the other couple. 3. The food. The smash burger was delicious, and the chicken tenders were good...but...my wife's chips ranged from greasy soggy not done, to almost burned tasting brown. The fries, which were meant to be rustic, were cold and consisted mostly of the short "ends" and no bigger fries. 4. The prices were good, and the servers were very friendly despite all the faux pas. I might go back and try some of their other items at some point. We again, had to wait on our bill, but O understand since they were busy. Again, our server was very nice. She had one of the portable machines to use to take payments, and since I paid in cash...I didn't get a receipt. I WAS there though. + read more

We ate here on 8-9-2025. My chicken tenders were good and my fries were too. My son enjoyed his chicken tenders. My husband got a Philly Cheese Steak and he enjoyed his. A couple complaints we would voice would be the wait time to get our food was longer then it should been but they did warn us ahead of time, but still. Then the side of fries with our meal was small and they didn't give us much, could used to be a little bigger. We came in last Saturday evening. We were sat right away. Kesley was our server and she did an awesome job. She was very attentive the entire time. We had ordered from the food truck previously. This was our reason for coming back to the permanent location. I do not completely dislike chicken tenders, but I'll pick anything else on the menu because they're normally dry. The night that we came and ordered from the food truck over six hundred orders of chicken tenders went out because there was a buy one, get one free special and they were tender, juicy and delicious! There was a bit of a wait but it was Saturday and this is not a fast food restaurant. On our visit Saturday. The hubs ordered the monte crisco and I ordered the philly cheesesteak. It should have been the other way around. That is the best Monte Crisco that I have eaten in my entire life. The kids got chicken tenders and of course I had to get a bite.
