The location that we were going to go to in downtown Chatt is closed so we found this location and I'm happy to know it's not too far. There's plenty of street parking or they have a lot behind the establishment. We were greeted and sat right away upon entering. I honestly go to Jeffersons for their fried pickles. They are honestly they best pickles. Crunchy, lightly battered just perfection. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap with the new angry ranch sauce and tater tots. I was brought the wrong wrap flavor but our waitress got it taken care of when she came to check on us. It was almost 5 stars. Philly cheese steak pretty good. But the 10 traditional buffalo wings were more like 1inch quail wings. I felt kinda guilty eating those poor baby chicken wings. Stopped in Ringgold because they have a fast charger across the street. We went into Jefferson's to grab a quick lunch. There appeared to be a bit of a wait for tables but bar seating was open so we got right in. It's not exactly earning a Michelin star but, as far as eating along an interstate, this was a better option than most. Some of the options are reasonably healthy as well and portion sizes were not excessive. I got the fish and tried the new roasted corn. The fish was slightly more than nuggets which meant that I didn't even need a fork for that. Total time in the restaurant was about 20 minutes so they were super fast and we were back on the road. Finally something other than a meat and three in downtown Ringgold. The menu is somewhat large but its all "bar food". I love the atmosphere but if you are trying to avoid carbs its pretty hard to eat dinner here. I found one item the hamburger steak that met the dietary requirements and it was good. First off, great location with easy parking and a cool patio. We were greeted with smiling faces and had a great server. However, the food was less than appetizing. I got the wings and fries. My wife got the shrimp tacos. Wings were just okay. Pretty hard to mess up wings and fries. The shrimp tacos were not good. We asked for grilled shrimp instead of fried. The tacos were tasteless and needed seasoning. The slaw was bland. We were hoping for better since it showcased on the menu. Ambiance was cool with an open bar with lots of tvs. Maybe a cool place to go watch sports but not for a quick lunch for the family. read more

SO happy to try this newish restaurant in Ringgold... we were really pleased as the place is closeby. The friendly service is top notch, always checking on you and refilling drinks. Timing of the dining experience is perfect too from drinks to apps to main course to dessert.... spot on! The decor is awesome... sports and lots of TVs! Polished bar and liquors displayed really well. Outside eating area too.... not sure if they allow dogs though? We started with a glass of Cabernet and Jalapeño Cheese Bites. These were really great, crispy on the outside and the homemade sauce was killer good. We had a Buffalo Shrimp Basket with sweet potato fries and the Shrimp Poboy with fries. Both meals were wonderful! Plenty of food and delicious! The sweet potato fries were definitely sliced and made from scratch... served piping hot, crunchy outside and tender inside... with a side of sweet dippin sauce. WONDERFUL! Buffalo shrimp were great flavor, but the crust was a bit soggy... still nice flavor. The Shrimp Poboy was served with a nice stack of lettuce, fresh tomato and pickles... really delicious. Dessert was a Blondie Brownie! We devoured it... scrumptious with a scoop of ice cream. Definitely will go back again... great place you should try! read more

We sat in the patio section to enjoy the weather. Sat out there for an hour waiting on our food, after the waitress took our order. After an hour of waiting, another person at our table walked inside to see what was going on, just to find out they "accidentally dropped the order" (whatever that means). It wouldn't have been too big of a deal, had she told us, but instead, we were ignored. Not once did she or any of the managers come to tell us what happened, refill our drinks, etc. Later, the manager was outside and just so happened to see us waiting. She asked if we knew what happened, and then told us our order was dropped, but would be out shortly. Not once were we offered a discount, free appetizer, etc. After 1.5 hours of waiting, we finally decided to leave. Disappointing food quality. The boneless wings were soggy and tepid and took a long time to arrive. I ordered the wings in addition to the shrimp because the portions sizes are so small. The shrimp was so greasy there was a pool of oil at the bottom of my basket. Also our side of onion rings were dark with grease and also sitting in oil. We first started going to Jefferson's when there was a location in downtown Chattanooga. That location closed and we thought we had lost our favorite wings place. My husband found out through a friend that a NEW Jefferson's had opened in Ringold and we took off to try it out! Man!! They topped any and all expectations we had! Ringold is only about 20 or so minutes from us which is farther than the old location but we'd take the new location any day! The delish wings and really nice new location make it an easy drive to commit to! Lauren was the first person we encountered and she is THE BEST!!! We love visiting her! She makes a good visit, a GREAT one! The entire staff is really friendly and FUN! Jefferson's is still our FAVORITE wing place! They have a full selection of flavors. Our favorites are the garlic parm and the hot yaki So if you're looking for great wings in a fun, new location, I recommend taking the trip to the charming town of Ringold and enjoy!! Been here many times, never on a major holiday (Easter). This was, by far, the worst experience we've had here. I gave them three stars as it was Easter (would've been less if not), the service was lacking to say the least, the food was fresh but greasy, our sides were were swapped with each other, the drinks were good. We didn't try everything, but the wings were just ok, the oysters we won't order again, u want good oysters go to Stir in chattanooga. The tenders or w.e, the ceaser salad, meh, the fried shrimp weren't crispy, just overall not great. We will try again for burgers and onion rings, and drinks. The beer was nice and cold and crisp. The server was attentive, and nice, she did her best but obviously with being SLAMMED, and a new place the kitchen took a while but that's ok... My suggestion, don't get oysters. I was there yesterday and had a very good meal and a very sweet waitress. What I would say to anyone who has a complaint about the wait or anything else is: this is a new restaurant in Ringgold (where there are not a lot of choices in Restaurants ....HAVE some grace for them working the kinks out. Serving and pleasing everyone is hard ) That being said Y'all are awesome. And I am very thankful for another restaurant in the heart of Ringgold. Everyone was so friendly! Honest reviews is what I'm about! This is my personal opinion and always recommend others to read through reviews before giving stars. Jalapeño Cheese bites were great! But it's just fried cheese, Gouda? Maybe not sure and the jalapeños are in the sauce on the side. Weird concept. Honey Sriracha sauce on the chicken wrap was good but no heat what so ever, more of a sweet chili sauce. Burger tasted good but average. The oysters Rockefeller was tasty and decent price but they use a spinach artichoke mixture w/ bacon on them. Lived in Charleston SC for over 12 yrs and that is definitely not how you make them. Giant oysters thou and super cleaned which is a big plus (From Alabama). Pretty quiet lunch spot, fast service and clean. Food just wasn't what I was expecting. Maybe next time I'll try something else here and I'll be more impressed. They do have tons of TVs for sports and a huge bar selection which is a great thing, especially being in an almost dry county w/ no liquor stores read more

Went there tonight, New Years Eve at 7 pm. The place was empty. They have a sign on the door, no bone in wings and fried pickles. How pathetic is management to screw up on that one on New Years Eve. That just lines up with their big mistake earlier this year loosing their alcohol license. It's no wonder the restaurant was empty except for a couple customers. Who wants wings with no beer? Jefferson's was a great place when they first opened but in typical Ringgold style they became apathetic. I suspect they won't be open much longer if they don't get their act together, it used to be a booming business. Sad Ringgold needs some good casual dining. RIP Jeffersons of Ringgold read more

We were not impressed with our meal. My husband had hamburger steak which was a very small hamburger patty. He ordered grilled onions on top and received chopped uncooked red onions on top. He also got baked beans which were not seasoned at all and tasted like they were just poured out of the can. I got fish tacos which was a fish stick in a tortilla. The salsa or peco had no flavor. So I stopped here on a whim traveling North. I expected normal sports bar food and that's exactly what it was. The chips and salsa tasted like it came out of a bag and can. The fries were a little over cooked and the burger was nothing spectacular but it did put something in my belly. So not amazing food but not bad either.
