Sad day. Roasted chicken bites are no more. The one good healthy chicken option on the menu is no more. Sad, sad day.

Very nice people. But I got sick on the food once so I have never been back. No other person that I know has gotten sick there though.

The staff is rude and disrespectful and even called my husband a "child". My husband had a rough day moving along with some other things and even acknowledged and apologized. The manager stepped up on him trying to intimidate him and told him to come back at 10pm when he gets off and he'll have something for him. My husband called up to the restaurant to get corporates number. After he hung up, he started getting text messages from another manager from his personal phone trying to sell my husband weed and a prostitute. We got in contact with the owner and met with him this morning. To our surprise, we were met by the police. Why call the police if it was supposed to be a friendly meeting to gather information from all parties involved? He seemed racists, very prejudice and didn't want to hear anything my husband had to say. I even tried to ask questions about how he would handle it and he literally stood there looking dumb founded. He made all these accusations but couldn't back anything up with proof or videos. Even after showing him our proof, he didn't want to hear anything that we had to say. He does not value or respect his customer like his employees don't value and respect him. They even talked bad about him and again, we showed proof. Please do not visit this location in Hope Mills. We will be sharing our story to any and everyone. Edited: my husband pointed out that I omitted some important facts. When we got there, after placing our order my husband was leaning on the counter by where they make the desserts. He had been leaning there for a while but not continuously. We had moving so he would lean a few, walk around, go stand back over there and lean some more. The worker told him to move. He asked if there was a sign because usually establishments have a sign advising customers not to lean. There was no sign visible anywhere. A coworker said something in the background and the female who asked my husband to move said, "I don't have time to speak with kids". Then that's where the situation escalated with the manager approaching my husband. When we spoke with the owner, Adrian Madsen he said the worker reported that my husband standing there minding his own business was intimidating to her.

Jersey Mikes has always been a superior product, but I found a new reason to love it even more. NO!…read moreI found two new reasons to love it more ... We were on a road trip from Florida to Massachusetts, and happened to be in the area during the lunch hour. The restaurant was right off the highway and easy to get to. We whipped in and ordered a regular sub club on white. My wife and I usually split a meal, and the regular was an almost perfect size. I say almost because it was so large my wife couldn't finish her half. Fear not! I rescued the last bite, but it was almost too much for me, as well. Now, what did I discover that I loved so much? First, a young woman with a beautiful, shy smile was preparing our sandwich. She said her name was Tequila. Second, we discovered pepper relish. Tangy, with a suggestion of a minor heat. We were intrigued, but wasn't certain it would pair well with our club. Tequila saw us wavering and smiled, "why don't you get it on the side?" Brilliant! We sat and divided our sub and tasted the relish. Oh. Myyyy. I relished that tangy flavor and immediately spread it on my sandwich. And I promise we will return. I hope to see Tequila's friendly smile when we return. I don't mean to disregard the rest of the team on the line, as building the perfect sub is a team effort, and they all deserve recognition. But, Trquila's smile was -- precious -- and warmed this grandfather's heart. #traviswinmanauthor #todaysdiscovery

He doesn't give many compliments but this time he was like Mikey one old commercials. "HE LIKES IT!!" One more - just gotta say...the lemon pepper wings are seasoned better than one of our go to wing places. I ordered egg drop soup ad got home to find I had won ton soup but oh well. If that's the only "complaint" I have after such delicious food...? I can deal with it as will be sure to check my order before we leave. So anyone who didn't like the food...? Sorry about your luck. That said, Su's Sub has always been a staple for me since my high school years, so it's nostalgic when I come get takeout from here. The owners have always been great! They are friendly, welcoming, and consistent. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality of their food makes the overall quality great. The place itself is small and quaint, not fancy at all, but that's part of its charm. It's just good food without any flashy gimmicks. I usually go for their bulgogi and rice, or the bulgogi sub for my personal order and it always hits the spot. I'll grab other subs for my family when we want a substantial meal instead of the usual fast food in the area. It's not really fair to compare them to other sub shops or Korean spots I've been to, they've made their own niche with their menu options. Some might find it unusual that most of the menu is made up of classic American subs with just a few Korean options, but I honestly think that's part of their charm. In a town where most takeout is mediocre or dominated by fast food and chain restaurants, I can always count on Su's Sub for a reliable, flavorful meal.
