What's a visit to the south without visiting Bojangles. Went through the drive-thu ordered some tenders and the classic chicken sandwich. The chicken tenders were tasty but borderline lukewarm/ cold. The chicken sandwich was so much more flavorful, but I think that's because it was piping hot and fresh. Their fries were hot and fresh and VERY seasoned! Came here two weeks ago.... They were out of Chicken and all the sides. Came back two weeks later on the off chance that they were having a bad day and they were out of most everything we asked for again. They even forgot my friend's order. He had to go ask for his food which had been sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes. Just close down. The operator and employees don't need this stress in their lives. read more

Got my order with no contact or anything, it had been changed to pink lemonade and I was told it would be AN HOUR to make tea at all, bs unless they got a broken tea machine or no tea to make. And on top of it I called the store to clarify and was hung up immediately. Never ordering here again read more

The food was good, but for some reason the cashier at the drive-thru didn't acknowledge I gave her change and rang up just the dollars so I didn't get the full change back. It was only 10 cents and I was in a hurry. Also I asked for a half and half tea, but I think they gave me only sweet with barely any ice so I had to throw it out. Placed an online order at 3:00 to be ready at 3:50. I arrive at 3:55 and find that not only is it not ready, but it was never made. The cook stood around for an additional 20 minutes talking with another employee, complaining about how much he hated working there, before even going to the back to start making the food. I was the only customer at the time, so it's not like they were taking care of other people. I really need a manager to explain to me why a chicken bucket takes 90 minutes to prepare. read more

I use to literally call this the best Bojangles in Columbia. However, the quality of service has fallen off tremendously. The window was always accurate, friendly and fast. Now, however they are still fast, but inaccurate and sometimes rude. The only thing that is consistent is them wanting to upcharge you to medium or large on the meal as if regular size doesn't exist. My orders in the mornings have been wrong constantly and my coworkers have noticed the same. The service and quality of staff has fallen off and I'll be looking for somewhere else to spend my money. They seem to only care about the sale and not the service. read more

This place is honestly one of the worst bojangles location in the Midlands area. I live five minutes away from this location but I willing choose to drive 15 minutes to get better service. I probably still get my food faster driving the fifteen minutes than sitting in this locations drive thru line for 35 minutes plus, which has been the case the past two times I've been. read more

I have never left a review before, but with that being said, I've never experienced such horrible service before. After placing my order at the drive-thru window, I was told that there would be a 5 minute wait for my food. This seemed more than reasonable and after getting my drink, I pulled forward. After waiting for nearly half an hour, I decided to head inside, figuring that someone probably forgot to bring it out. Even that wasn't a major problem to me. However, once I got into line with my receipt, I could hear all of the employees behind the counter talking about how they never gave me my food and laughing about it. Once I get to the register, the cashier doesn't acknowledge me and simply walks away. The employee running the drive-thru window comes up a minute later and doesn't hand me the box of food, but chooses to slide it across the counter at me, without saying a word. At this point, I'm irritated and don't even want the food. I asked for a refund and the drive-they employee asks for the cashier that was initially at the register to process the refund (I'm assuming that the woman was a manager?). The cashier comes back and after very nastily confirming that I didn't want the food and refusing to answer my question of whether she needed me to return the drink, gives me my money back and turns her back on me. I always assume that Yelp review are exaggerated and to be ignored, but as far as this place is concerned, they're right on the the money. She apologizes and says she'll be right back. Man comes out and brings wrong order. He goes and bring correct one. Total of 20 minutes waiting after paying. Don't ever step foot in this location. You've been warned. This isn't the Bojangles I grew up with. It's no longer great service, nice people. I've been going to this location since I was a kid. I grew up around the corner. For the past several times I've had nothing but issues with the staff. By issues, I mean, loud, rude, unsophisticated and downright mean. For example, today we ordered off of a sheet of paper (so nothing would be missed... again) breakfast for 4 people. The screen was correct, the reading of it back was also correct. Upon pulling off in the drive-through we noticed we were missing a drink. This caused us to look further. We found they forgot an ENTIRE order. Fries, Biscuit, and a Drink. Upon walking in, and stating that they forgot such, the lady got very defensive, walked around the back, and (unfortunately, we don't know which one it was) over heard, very loudly "She's lyin'. I know I put that biscuit in there with those fries"... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?! So loud that other customers at the counter could hear this. I fully plan on seeking out the owner/operator of this establishment and filing an official complaint, along with corporate. I suggest any/all of you who have had a bad experience here do the same. WORST Bojangles ever. Went at 9:30pm (10/25) for some wings and a half gallon of sweet tea. Asked for the wings, "sorry, we're out of wings," asked for the half gallon of sweet tea, "oh we don't have anymore half gallons, but I can give you a 32oz" - we agreed to the 32oz and asked for no ice. Get to the window and the woman says they're about to close which is why they don't have anything. It was 9:30pm! They close at 10. How can you serve customers what they want if you're shutting everything down way before you close? Obviously enough wasn't made for anyone who needed to come by after 9:30pm. On top of that, my boyfriend was given the homestyle chicken tender salad he ordered and the chicken on it was stale, cold and disgusting. Not to mention they gave me tea with ice after I asked for no ice. Completely pissed. I will never return here. read more

Rude! Husband and I wanted to grab a biscuit to complete our trip to the south on the way to the airport. Saw their claim of "legendary " tea. Being a tea drinker I was intrigued and asked why was it legendary. The gal on the Mic replied "because it is..." Real nice lady. I didn't eat my biscuit for fear of her tampering with it.
