Terrible customer service. Orders incorrect and so slow to get people through the line with constant issues at the location. Website to make complaint doesn't work so you end up calling which is worthless. So many people working yet cannot complete a full order timely. Missing items or wrong orders only to be told come back which isn't helpful if you get breakfast and by the time you get back breakfast has ended. Request a call back but that has yet to happen. Don't order in the app before breakfast ends unless you plan to have enough time to get through the excruciatingly long waits because you won't get breakfast even if ordering 30-45 minutes before breakfast ends. You have to be thru the line and to staff before it ends or you won't get your order and instructed to call corporate about a refund. Corporate is slow if you can wait long enough to get someone on the line and gives same story oh it's the app sorry. Staff at restaurant blame everyone but the people working and are no help. Rewards deducted and watch your credit card as you may get charged twice for one order and have to dispute one of them. No concern for customers - underwhelming and disappointing. It is very rare that I go into a Chick-fil-a and have a bad experience. This location is no different. When I arrived with my family the first thing we always do is go to the restroom to change the kids and wash our hands. Both bathrooms were clean and maintained which sets the tone for cleanliness for the rest of the restaurant. They have everything you would need to accommodate young children, but what really set the experience apart was the staff. While we were sitting and eating our meal one of the staff members (Conshetta) who was on break eating her lunch engaged conversation with my children and I. She had a wonderful and positive attitude and brought a new and refreshing experience while eating at a fast food restaurant. Chick-fil-a has yet to disappoint. This Chick-fil-A location seems to be getting some bad rep but I had a pleasurable time eating here. First off, I was very impressed with how efficiently the drive-thru line moved. They do not seem to have much of a parking lot to work with but I was able to get my food very quickly. The staff was very kind along and patient which made for an easy ordering experience. The food was also delicious and up to most Chick-fil-A standards. All in all, everything was working perfectly about this Chick-fil-A and I look forward to visiting again soon. read more

I was asked about my order twice by one young gentleman who just kept wandering around with a confused expression. Normally this restaurant has great food and pretty good customer service. But when they mess up your order they do not like to accommodate their customers. My family eat at this restaurant almost every Wednesday. A couple week ago they left off an eight count nuggets. We went back to show them the receipt and they acted like it was OUR fault that THEY messed the order up. After a long wait we got the nuggets and talked to the manager on the phone but she never did anything. Tonight we got our order and when we got home we saw that they forgot 1. The dressing for my salad. 2. The cheese that I added to one of the sandwiches. 3. Most of the sauces that I asked for.( I get that they are free but they normally are pretty generous) Also the wait was super long tonight and most nights and food was pretty soggy. I feel that this chick fil a needs to have better customer service and accommodate whenever they make mistakes. read more

Service was disappointingly awful here. I love to order online and pick up as it makes my road trip pit stops quick and painless. Picked up my food, and while my actual items were in there (nuggets and fries), I got the wrong size drink, no sauce, no napkins, no straws, no condiments...nothing. I approached the counter to patiently wait for acknowledgement before asking for the sauces, as they are kept hostage behind the counter so you must ask the gatekeeper before procuring said sauce. Four different team members looked at me, but not one asked if I needed anything or if I had been helped. The young lady that gave me my order - busy at the other end. The young guy in the chef coat that said "trainee" - filling his drink and then went to the back of the house A young front counter staff? - he's on his lunch break And what I assume to be a manager-type due to her fancy shirt - she's busy trying to figure out why the middle register won't ring things up. So as the line starts building with families (apparently I came at the wrong time I guess?), I abandon all hope and retreat to my bag of lonely chicken nuggets. It's been a long while since I've had there breakfast. unfortunately I can't say much about the chicken biscuit this morning, other than it was tiny, dry, and like eating a piece of rubber! Line moving at a McDonald's pace. After 15 minutes, told by irritable older man at window/door to park, citing short staffing instead of apologizing for delay. Waited another 8 minutes there. I've been noticing gradual decline in staff professionalism/appearance and a slower line for a few months. Not sure what's going on but hope they can regroup. For years this location has been worthy of awards, and I even joked during the pandemic that they should have had Chick-fil-A dispensing vaccines. I love Chick Fil A. This one is a little slower than the others. The one on Garner Ferry rd wow. The parking lot was pack I had to park in the Lowes parking lot. I was in and out in less than 5 min. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The people here are rude including the workers and managers. They over charged me for something and I called to inform them about it, to which they responded that I could either turn around or they'd send me something, since I'm from out of town I asked them to send me something since I was only coming through town. When they did send me something what they sent wasn't even full value of what I payed. Then a few weeks later I went back down here and since it's the closest Chick-fil-A to where I was visiting we went back there, to which the girl who took our order was rude and had an attitude, they also served melted ice cream. Quality has gone down so much ever since the remodeling smh. Took a minute to be noticed to order as we stood there & register person was busy conversing with other employees... other employees even saw us standing there & didn't even hint that there were guests to take care of. My fillet on the sandwich was overcooked & dark, looked as if the grease was do for a change as well. I've heard things about how quality had gone down since the remodel, but hadn't been since before the reopening. Friend of mine waited 20 minutes in the pick up spots outside during this pandemic. You will always be waiting in line for an unusually long time. For $13/hr fast food job, I expect snappy service, not to sound like a diva but dammit you have an amazing pay rate for your job in this area... act like it. Went one time and the line inside was filling the queue, there were two employees taking orders, one of them disappeared and decided to clean the dining room. I almost left. The food quality here is also 'meh. Compared to other stores, I'm always disappointed by the fries here. It's like they're undercooked. It always looks busy because people will wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru, but the inside is always mostly empty. I'd give my pinky finger for a CFA Market Salad if I was hungry enough. It's delicious and I buy it often. However, 5/6 times that I buy this salad it is FULL OF LETTUCE RIBS.
