Salutations, first a sincere thanks to Karrisa and another tall young lad working at 3pm on 8/19/26. I was a Churches and Pioneer Chicken back in my youth raised in South Central Los Angeles, California. I was feeling the fried chicken crave as a saw this hidden Bojangles. I was happily surprised how new how clean but most of all how these two young adults are happy and friendly to customers. Sadly, this is not common here in Fayetteville to find young adults with great friendly customer service I thought it was extinct until now...there is hope. I dont THINK I had ever eaten at Bojangles before moving here. Its so close to my new apartment complex that we have had it twice now. Its ok. Nothing all that amazing but it feeds you. I will say the biscuits are pretty good, and the pimento cheese was nice. I may try breakfast before I totally write them off as a lame neighbor. read more

For some reason every time I come to this location they have attitudes. I know I should stop going to this one but it's 2-3 mins from my place. I was in the mood for fried chicken last night after doing 3 exams. I arrived here about 9:25-9:30 and asked for a 3 piece dinner. The lady told me with an attitude we are not serving any form of chicken. I said well what can I get then since you are open. She said the supreme dinner. I said that is chicken so if I can get that then I should be able to get chicken on the bone. I would have gladly waited 10 mins to get my chicken. I have never had this issue at any other Bojangles. Had never been before, And would not have left a review for just anywhere. I hit the drive through of this hidden fast food place on a whim. Was torn between ordering a Container of cajun pinto beans or the seasoned fries, but got both as well as a deluxe blt chicken sandwich. I've never seen a restaurant struggle so much to get simple orders out. Zero teamwork, no batteries for drivethru headsets- so customers were driving off. Ran out of chicken, ran out of Mac and cheese- which would have been fine normally, but the lack of management and leadership from management prevented the rest of the team from knowing any of this information, so current orders were still being taken that needed an hour or more to fulfill. This is supposed to be fast food. This team is utterly broken. Upper management needs to step in and recast this place before it goes all the way down in flames. Zero stars. read more

The dinning area is closed, can't even go in for carry out, so all they have to worry about is the drive thru, and I've been waiting in line for 13 minutes and haven't even ordered. I hesitated doing this review because I love Bojangles chicken so much ! But, this particular Bojangles has got to be the worst and rudest places I have ever been to. To make a long story short my order was messed up and I called about it and the manager tried to make it right by replacing my entire order, great. Upon returning the next day I got the most rudest attitude from the staff, I think they knew. I attempted to reach out to the manager again but never received a call back, so therefore I will never go back to this place. I will continue to go to any other Bojangles again, and again. Service is inconsistent (sometimes very friendly other times slow). However, the food is consistent in quality. I've come here many times and the food is always extremely solid. Very good, well seasoned fried chicken. Definitely one of the better options for fast food. read more

This was the first Bojangle's I've ever been to. I'd heard great things about it, so I decided to go for breakfast. It's located off of Santa Fe Blvd. You have to turn right before you go into a gated apartment community. I bet they eat here a lot! I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo. It's kind of different how the cashier announces your order over a loud speaker to the back, but it's whatever. The sandwich was very good! I can see why the biscuits are famous. They are warm and fresh. It almost tastes like there is some sweetness to them from a little sugar. Either way, they're really good. I also had some Bo Rounds with the combo. I will be going back just because of these little puppies as well. They are little potato discs that are amazing! The staff was friendly and the place was very clean and tidy. The restroom was very clean as well. And this is weird, but I thought it was pretty cool once I figured out how to work the sink faucet haha. You press DOWN on the faucet and the water comes on. The faucet gradually rises after about 20 seconds or so until it shuts off. I just thought it was great because it was the perfect amount of times to wash my hands and I was watching it rise the whole time. It's strange, but I've never seen a faucet like that! The worst service! First I'm the third car in line. Took 15 min to get to order my food and I see way it took everyone else so long. Once I get to order nobody says nothing not hold on or nothing for 5 min so I say hello then someone says something. Order food then goes to window person call back what I got they just said sandwich so I say meal. They say you didn't let me finish. Bottom line: You will crave this place if you don't live near one! Awesome seasoned fries! Order the combo that comes with tenders, seasoned fries, and a biscuit. Bojangles and I have a love hate relationship. Love it because it's so good- better than Popeyes (and definitely better thang KFC) in my opinion, and comparable to Canes in a "different" sense- but I hate it because I don't live near one :(. Food: Fries can get a little salty so make sure to have a large water or something but for the most part their seasoning is on point! Crispy chicken, fluffy biscuit- good, FRESH fast food. Placing hot fresh food on top of old food (chicken) Service is really slow and employees discussing what concerts they want to go to on the front line too much personal conversations going on the front line instead of discussing placed orders. This bojangles is so incredibly slow they constantly make people wait for their items. Items are frequently missing from orders. Service is overall rude and unconcerned with their poor efficiency. Can hardly understand them through the speaker yet they'll give you attitude right off the bat. Sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant. ordered a 12 peace Tailgate dinner with 2 seasoned fries and 1 mashed potato and gravy with 6 biscuits. Out of 12 pieces of chicken, the only white meat were 2 parakeet-sized wings. No breasts what so ever. I've been to places where they tell you at the drive thru that they are out of something, but this was the absolute first time I drove away with food that was this lacking from what I ordered. And if that wasn't enough, not only did I ask for unsweet tea, but the receipt had unsweet tea on it as well, but I received sweet tea. You know how bad that is for a diabetic. Unbelievable. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me at the drive thru and no one else in line, so being busy was not an issue here. Tried calling them over 6 times within the next half hour and it was busy the whole time. Even tried calling another Bojangles to see if they had a different phone number for them, but they didn't. Over $30 and I got nothing but potatoes to eat because I hate dark meat and wings and no drink because I'm diabetic. Won't ever go there again and I'm complaining to corporate about this. read more
