In Fayetteville for work and went to Jaggers for dinner. It has a big dinning room with some TVs where I watched the Duke game. The person behind the counter was very nice. She gave me recommendations on what to try. I chose the crispy chicken sandwich with shoe string fries. The chicken sandwich came with pickles and Jagger sauce. The Jagger sauce was very good, it's like a creamy bbq sauce. For dessert I had the Oreo milk shake. It was very good. It comes with a larger straw so the cookie chunks don't get stuck in the straw as you're drinking. read more

been wanting to try this place and finally made it in. first off, the restaurant was clean and open concept. staff was friendly and greeted me upon walking in. i ordered the mushroom swiss and the korean chicken sandwich. the burger was moist and super juicy. everything you want in a burger but better. the fries were super crispy and seasoned well. the chicken sandwich was good but not great in my opinion. perhaps me letting it sit contributed to it but i felt the coleslaw was crunchier than the chicken itself. it was moist nonetheless and the flavor was good. overall i enjoyed my time here and the food was more than satisfactory. next time i need to try a shake! will definitely be back. read more

The place is absolutely spotless inside. The bbq cheddar burger was very good . Not a fan of the fries , although they tasted very good, the texture was off for me . Don't let my opinion of the fries keep you from trying them because I'm really very picky when it comes to fries. I think the salad with the berries looked amazing and I think that will be my next item I try. Overall it was a great experience. Stopped by here for a quick to go order for lunch. Went thru the drive thru lane and a young lady was waiting next to the screen to take my order. This was perfect as it was my first time trying this place out. Found out that all burger orders are automatically a double. They did have chicken sandwiches as well. I ordered the fries and a drink. The negative is to get it as a meal it is an additional 3.99. I paid for it with her and drove to the pick up door. It is different as the person walks outside of the pickup door and hands you your food. The young man was pleasant and very accommodating. Back in my office I tried the burger with the jaguar sauce which is a mix of mayo and spicy BBQ. It was a 7 out of ten. The fries were shoe string and we're a 5 out of ten. Next time I will try the tater tots. The fries were too salty for me. Overall it was a 6.5 out of 10. It was also lunchtime and busy so they get the benefit of the doubt. read more

Didn't expect too much Jaggers and thought the burgers would taste just like Carls Jr. etc. to my surprise the burgers are quite good! It's almost like mashed burgers (if you use your imagination enough lol) we've gone back here twice after our first stop. Husband and I came to Jaggers around 1130 on a weekday for lunch. It was really busy, but the waits didn't seem too bad. You go up to the counter to order, which can get a little hectic as there are people standing around waiting for their orders, and others picking up online orders, and also the drinks are situated in the same area. I ordered the "crazy good cheeseburger" and tots with a large lemonade, he got the double bacon cheeseburger (minus veggies) with shoestring fires and a large lemonade. We found seats and didn't wait all too long before our food was brought over to us. The first thing noticed was that the veggies were still on his burger, so he was not happy about that. After taking some photos, we dug in. It's nothing special. Not really seasoned, not juicy and flavorful. For a place calling the standard burger on the menu crazy good....you gotta do better than this. The tots were good, shoestring fries ok. I liked the ranch and Jagger sauce. Customer service is amazing and their cleanliness/hygiene process is revolutionary to fast food and sit-in restaurants. A buzzer sounds and they all wash their hands and replace their gloves. Every worker in this restaurant wears the nice blue gloves and not the shabby clear ones. Other corporations should strive to be like jaggers‼ The foods amazing, edamame is top notch and the milkshakes are so good. Their chicken is similar to Slims Chicken. I didnt like mac n cheese though, the sauce is pretty watery and even tho the noodles were good, they were dry and not at all cheesey. Yesterday it was an almost empty lobby and it STILL took 15+ minutes just to get one shake. ONE SHAKE, nothing else. And there's employees there just dancing, singing and laughing while I wait for one shake. Ima go back because I love the food and I know they are new, but yesterday was unacceptable. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked inside to pickup my online order (the drive thru and inside dine-in area were packed) but I was thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service from initial entry to reentry (because they forgot to include my kid's milk). Further elaboration on the customer service: each customer was greeted as they walked and one employee was even handing out menu pamphlets as he explained what the restaurant offers to a family inquiring about what Jaggers offers. I walked over to the online order pickup area and was immediately greeted by an employee who then checked the status of my order and notified the rest of the staff that I was there (keep in mind I just placed the online order less than 5 minutes from arriving as we had just finished checking out Chuck E. Cheese next door). Over the next few minutes I was greeted by 2 more employees, 1 of which brought my family-sized order to me soon thereafter. I was surprised how fast the food came given how packed the inside and drive thru were. When I came back in to fetch my kid's milk, another employee immediately greeted me and rectified the situation and also gifting us a dessert for the mishap. Moving on to food quality. So we ordered the bleu burger salad, green chile double cheeseburger meal, and a kids chicken tender bites meal. We substituted the adult drinks for a banana split shake and brownie shake. Everyone loved everything with the only minor complaint that the fries were a tad bit salty. My significant other expressed how it's probably a good thing that we don't live close by otherwise I'd be making more food runs to this place on a regular basis.
