We understood that it wasn't listed, and the employee did recommend the chicken wrap, which was basically the same ingredients in a wrap instead of on a bun. What disappointed us was not necessarily being told "no," but the tone and attitude used while speaking to my boyfriend. The interaction felt very standoffish and unprofessional. Even the cook in the back asked if there was a problem because the conversation had become uncomfortable. I work in the customer service industry myself, and there's always a respectful and professional way to communicate with guests, even when accommodating a request isn't possible. We've been to plenty of restaurants where simple substitutions are made as a courtesy, especially when the ingredients are already available. All that would have changed was replacing the wrap with bread. Again, I understand policies and menu limitations, but the delivery and attitude made the experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, when I got home and started eating my food, I found paper inside my chopped cheese sandwich. I do have pictures of it. You can't tell me the word hasn't got out for them. I like burgers, but they're certainly not my go-to because the idea of them is always better than the burger actually is.
