Well let me say this. Horrible!!! Employees talking rude cold food and I had a employee talk ugly with no respect and the lady manager didn't do anything. She came around and being disrespectful also. You can't have kids running a restaurant or business. They don't have any home training. I'm a 48yr old black man, and these kids are very disrespectful. The sad part, the only white employee there was the nicest and wasn't disrespectful. I'm just shocked on how kids act, I'm not saying because they are my black family, I'm saying it's a reason why young people are targeted. Everyone on shift should be terminated!!! Called ahead and Amber the manager graciously accepted my special order. Very polite staff and a super clean store. I highly recommend this well run establishment. Paid for a $80 dinner everything seemed like it had sat out for awhile. Tried again for breakfast biscuits in gravy were so freaking hard couldn't even stick fork thru it. Go to bojangles down the street never had a mess up there and staff is great. read more

Every Friday our boss brings our department sausage biscuits. It's a nice end of week tradition. For the last few months they have been opening the drive through 30 minutes late, he will come into work and tell me to leave in the next 15 minutes to go pick up the food. They will let you sit at the drive through for 8 minutes before finally hopping on and informing me it will be another 15 minutes. I don't know how their business is running the rest of the week so I can not speak to that. But Fridays are horrible. they seem to get an attitude when you show up right when the business is supposed to open. Thankfully there is another Bojangles an exit up the road. We will be going there from now on. read more

Food was cold. Employees do not actually care. They don't even wear gloves. I went through the drive thru at this restaurant to pick up lunch on March 2, 2021 at approximately 1:30 pm. After asking a couple of questions about my options, I placed my order. One question was, what is in the Bojaangles special sauce? I was told by the person taking the order that she did not know what was in the sauce. Really, I thought , you work there and you don't know what's in the food? I drove around to the window and the girl taking the money did not greet me, in fact she did not speak a word to me. She just stuck her hand out the window to take my money. She didn't tell me what my change was either and just handed me the bag with my food. I had to ask for sweetener, ketchup and napkins. She walked away and another girl handed me a wad of ketchup and slammed the window shut. Needless to say I was quite surprised at how rudely I was treated by these employees and I will not be returning to a Bojaangles restaurant any time soon. Although my food was delicious there are too many other good chicken places to go to to be treated so badly. Management needs to be aware of how poorly the employees behaved and that they are losing customers because of it. read more

There is two location here and this one is the oldest of the two but this one still provides the best service and to be such an old location it's still the cleanest of the two as well. read more

From looking at the previous reviews, I think this place must have turned around. I went through the drive through at just after 4 PM today. I ordered a breast combo and a country ham biscuit. The chicken was perfectly cooked, fresh, and still hot when I got home and ate it about 30 minutes later. The biscuit that came with my combo was also fresh and hot. I got full off of the chicken meal and ended up not eating the country ham biscuit, just the one that came with the meal, but I am sure it would have been delicious. Hands down the best chicken I've ever had at a drive through anywhere. read more

If not giving a star was an option, I would do that. Worst fast food experience in years, I'm actually scared I have food poisoning.
