I would rather go to this location than the location on Hicone. It is worth the extra drive. The appearance is like any normal fast food place. Parking lot is fairly clean. Convenient location right off HWY 29 (Cone). The person taking my order was pleasant. She repeated my order to make sure she got it right. Service was quick. Food was hot and was pretty good. I ordered the Supremes combo with fries and tea. They are nice sized tenders with a little spice. I love Bojangles chicken...so the tenders didn't disappoint. No complaints. My order was just as I requested down to the sauces. I am definitely going to come back to this location. read more

very slow service, with a staff full of people who don't listen. they talk over your food. I went inside on a Saturday because the line was wrapped around the building, dead fly near the soda machines, flies flying around the chicken. the girl that took my order had to ask me twice what I ordered. I love Bojangles chicken, but had not tried their chicken tenders since they put them on the menu a year or so ago. The " homestyle" tenders are described as a milder, Southern type tender - meaning milder than their regular chicken. I picked up the 12 piece with 4 biscuits ($14.49), and a SMALL side of colesalw, and the bill was over $17! Seems kinda pricey.when you can get 8 pieces of their regular chicken and 4 biscuits for $12.49. And their tenders are bland, actually very bland. Yo... when I Ordered from this bojangles the other day they had cooked my food. I ordered a cinnabon biscuit platter.. 2 egg and cheese biscuits.... and a large bo-rounds. The 2 eggs and cheese was good. Fresh and filling. However..... You're suppose to get 2 cinnamon biscuits in a platter I only got 1 .. and it was half cooked and gooy... The bo-rounds was hot on the outside. And frozen on the inside....meaning ... they didnt cook them all the way. Real talk. I live nearby, so this is the only Bojangles I stop and eat at. Usually I go through the drive thru so not sure really what the inside looks like. Drive thru is always nice, never had a problem. As others have said, servicer here is slow, borderline rude and cerainly apathetic. The drive-thru line was around the building so I opted to go inside to get a takeout. The line moved slow, they were out of virtually everything people were ordering. I waited well more than 10min for a cheese biscuit, and the guy next to me from Taylor's Tire said he had been waiting 25min for a steak,egg and cheese. Finally received our order, no apology or anything after I very loudly voiced my displeasure at the wait to melt cheese in biscuit. Complete apathy. At least it was hot :/ read more

Absolute worst Bojangles I've ever been to. Every trip takes a minimum of 20 minutes from the time you order to the time you get your food. Today I stopped by and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, got home to find I got a bacon biscuit. No receipt was provided so I looked up the number to call management. I got a younger sounding female on the phone who did not provide me with a name (of course) who informed me the wrappers look the same and they probably just grabbed it from the wrong place, asked if I wanted to drive back to swap it out. I told her no I didn't have time I just wanted to let her know what was going on in her kitchen. Her response then? If you enjoy the company of flies you'll LOVE this Bojangles! I found no flies in the bathroom so if you must dine-in here I'd recommend taking your food to the toilet. It was quite an experience trying to keep the flies from flying into my mouth as I ate. I saw no frogs in the dining area so this must be a safe haven for Guilford County flies. read more

This place on Cone Blvd is consistent on proving to me that I could actually fry my on chicken at home I the time it takes for them to complete your 2 piece chicken order, and the drive thru, you better check you gas tank or cut the car off IF they don't tell ya to pull over. Everytime I visit this place it's a 20 minute wait. The other day I waited 22 min for a ham biscuit, they said they had to cook the ham..... really 22 minutes? From walking in the door, to getting my 4 piece supreme was 21 minutes. 7 customers plus me in this restaurant...only 2 in line. Employees arguing, busy playing and doing everything else then actualy serving customers. Waited 6-10 minutes at register before even being acknowledged. Waited another 10-12 minutes for a simple order after paying. Employees arguing about working schedule, who's doing what, and how busy they may get at lunchtime. I am a local business owner in the 27405 area of Greensboro NC and visited one of your franchised store #597 on East Cone Blvd. As I was waiting for my order I poured my coffee it was very light and not as strong as it usually is so I told the young lady and ask is the coffee behind the counter stronger she replied no it is pre measured and the same so I ask without any argument may I have a refund she set my receipt to the side and replied she will be right there and never told the manager what I was standing waiting for so as I had not gotten my food yet and was in no hurry I patiently waited. Well as I am waiting an older white man comes up with his cup and complain about the same thing and she took his cup threw it in the garbage a gave him and fresh cup with no problem. I could not believe my eyes. I said really I just complain about the same thing and you act as if your could not help me so young lady took the old coffee that was sitting on the counter poured coffee on top of it and hand it to me with coffee dripping from the side cup. Oh was appalled and steaming I let my anger get the best of me and scream no no I will not be treated this way the manager came out yelled at me and I said no I will not and I looked at my daughter and because of her not the manager calmly told the manager(Michelle) what happen but instead she wanted to continue to be rude yelling at me but another manager named (Mary) who is under (Michelle) heard what the young lady (Jane) did and gave me a fresh cup and I thanked her but Michelle and Jane thought they did something big by giving bad racist customer service and gave each other a high five yes a high five and a wick. I turned to a customer whom was waiting also and asked her was I imagining this whole thing she said no your not. To let you know not one time I use the race thing in the store because I did not want to make the other customers or the gentle man feel uncomfortable but SAD to say it is what it is and today in 2018 this should not have happened. husband and I visited this Bojangles on April 21, 2018 from around 12:00 to 1:00 PM. I had been watching this one employee that was replenishing the napkins, straws, etc. I noticed that he could not do his job for watching the young women coming and going. Just before we got ready to leave, I went to the women's rest room. I had just gotten into the stall when someone came in. As they walked by my stall to go into the stall next to me, I noticed their shoes. I recognized the shoes. When they go into the stall and locked the door I noticed they climbed up on the toilet with both feet. Then I looked up at the top of the partition between the 2 stalls and a man was looking over into my stall watching me use the rest room. I yelled for him to get out several times and quickly followed him out of the women's rest room. I asked a man standing in the order line near the cashier where did he go and if he was an employee of Bojangles. He said he ran into the men's rest room and yes he was an employee. I immediately asked to see a manager and this young man came out and I told him I wanted to see a MANAGER and the cashier said "he is a MANAGER. I explained what had happened and he opened the door to the men's restroom and the man I saw was there. He asked the guy if he was ok, (REALLY)!!!!! I told him to get him out of there and out of my sight. While I was refilling my tea, the young manager brought an older guy to the counter and pointed to me as the woman from the restroom. I explained what happened and also how I had recognized the man by his shoes, his hair, and his face. He apologized, and said he was sorry and would take care of it. I told the manager that I was glad I had left my gun in the car, but I would not leave it there anymore, not that I would EVER go back to this BOJANGLES. I ordered a medium and picnic sized fry and asked for them to be dropped fresh. After sitting down for about 2-3 minutes my order was called alerting me it was ready to be picked up. I peeked into the bag and asked "did these fries just come up?" The representative who took my order answered to her co worker: "oh no I'm sorry I forgot to tell you the fries were suppose to be fresh." So they took the bag back and when they called my order for the second time, I again did a quick inspection and noticed both orders contained dark, hard fries. I asked for a refund since it was apparent that the request is something the team was not willing to fulfill that night. When the manager came up she consistently reminded me since I used a card the money would not go back for 3-5 days I told her I was perfectly fine with that each time. After the first time of her telling me about the delayed refund it started to feel less about notice and more of her letting me know how aggravated she was. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. I've stopped using the drive thru because of subpar customer service and thought by going inside there would be a difference.
