Not a bad experience! I was literally in and out of the drive through in about a minutes time. Granted there was nobody in front of me. Service was very friendly, welcoming and very fast!! I was missing napkins but this seemed to be a simple mistake. Y'all get a 4 and a half for service. Food was good as it is at many Bojangles restaurants I visit. There is like that universal, buttery and savory taste in all the restaurants. My steak biscuit was great. Steak was hot and crispy, the biscuit missed some softness it seemed. Still! Not bad at all. "Bo Rounds" hit spot on as always and their sweet tea washed it all down with perfect harmony. I give food quality a 4 and a quarter. I plan to come back to this location in the future! They are always out of chicken somehow at a chicken restaurant or they forget key items i spent money on or you have to wait 30 minutes for mac and cheese to defrost. I went to bojangles and i honestly will never go back. I paid 51 dollars for trash. There was nobody in the drive thru so i figured that i could get my food and go and honestly i did but my food was over cooked. My sides were burnt. Chicken was hard. Tea was expired. The only tbing edible was the biscuits. I have called the store and not able to get an answer. Called different numbers and literally the customer service wont even help. The most rude service EVER. They also never have anything in "stock". I have come to this one multiple times and every time they do not have something. Whether it's the drink I want or not having BO sauce, chicken supremes, bo bites. I came at 5:45 on a Sunday night. Why do you not have anymore chicken supremes? Something needs to change. To start, the level of unprofessional here was by far the worst I have ever seen in my entire life and I am not exaggerating. I went back in after opening my boberry box to discover it was overcooked and burnt. When I gave it back to the cashier, she took it over to a young Caucasian gentleman aka the visible ticking time bomb who was clearly in the wrong profession. He yelled at the top of his lungs twice: WHO SAID THAT? I then proceeded to meet him where he was and replied: I DID!!! He then went on to dispute me in front of the entire store (which was already backed up from them messing up orders) that they weren't and I stood on what was clear as day. They may have very well "just came out" however, you're overcooking them and then putting them under a heat lamp but no one takes feedback these days. He then proceeds to SLAM the box in the trash with all of his might and asked the back to make more. At this point, another customer comes up to me in disbelief on what we were witnessing. Next, who I am assuming was the manager or the main leader in the back, an African American woman, decided to clearly state how it's unrealistic for us as customers to expect fresh food and she continued for a few minutes on yet another unprofessional rant. I had not gone to a Bojangles' since my college days back in 2000, so it was gnarly to try this joint after 20 long years! Ordered some Chicken Tenders, Biscuits, Fried Chicken with Fries and Mashed Potatoes. SO tasty! Too bad no tartar sauce. But enjoyed the food very much with some Honey Mustard and spicy sauce. Went through the drive-thru. A little pricey at $26+ for a value meal and 12 tenders + biscuits and a large drink. But it was well worth it! When traveling south of NOVA, I like to stop in to a Bojangles. Why? Well, when the hubby was in college he worked there and often spoke about their yummy biscuits. I like to tease him by visiting any Bojangles that's off 29 or 95. This location was right next door to McDonalds. Bojangles has a following and I can see why...they have yummy biscuits and their setup reminds me of Wendy's back in the day of 'the solo cashier/order taker'. I ordered a nice fried chicken wing dinner that included ...yup, a large biscuit and fries. They have some sort of seasoning on their chicken and fries! They also have these very flavorful potato rounds, similar to the hash browns at McDonalds but Bojangles seasons them with something tasty--almost meat like. The staff was friendly and quick to service our hangry bellies. The dining area was clean and roomy. Parking was easy and they give you easy access to a drive-thru. read more

After a few hours on the road and a few more until I reached my destination, I needed a break. Fortunately I found this Bojangles. This is a newer location, with a different interior design than what I've seen in Raleigh. One thing that immediately caught my attention was a attractive display cabinet where someone was displaying a collection of those detailed 1/24 scale cars from the 1950's and 1960's. Counter person was very polite and efficient. He asked all of the typical questions (as in "do you want to make this a combo?") without sounding like a recorded message. I had the cajun fillet sandwich with fries and (of course) Bojangle's sweet tea. All prepared quickly and tasted good. Free wifi in the restaurant too! read more

This location is always been convenient to my house. They are always slow when I go through the drive through. But today we decided to go in. As soon as we walk in I noticed the entire place was trashed there was not a clean table in the restaurant. Walked into the bathroom and it was the same paper towels all over the floor and someone was just in there smoking weed. We ordered our food which they were out of half our order. Then while we were fixing food they were yelling "we're not serving anymore of this and that". Our food was over cooked and honestly the worst Ive ever ate there. Their was an employee named Greg who was running around who was yelling and obnoxious. Misplaced orders. His hair was a mess with no net. No one had any gloves was touching food with their hands. The trash cans were over flowing. Needless to say the manager needs to be there non stop for awhile. If their is one. The manager can contact me if he/she needs or just watch the cameras. read more

DO NOT EAT OR WORK HERE ITS HORRIFYINGLY GROSS. If I could give negative stars, I would. The head manager, David, neglects his employees. He has no idea how to properly run a business. An employee should not have to work 14+ hours a day in a fast food restaurant for the bare minimum wage. If a lower paid staff member doesn't show up for the next shift, it is his responsibility to step up to the plate. Not have his over-worked and underpaid employees do it for him. If your health problems prevent you from doing your job correctly, then it's time to step down from the position. Not to mention, the under aged staff working till 11pm which is illegal. Also, the amount of health code violations this store has been through and shut down because he can't manage the majority of his staff to do the jobs he pays them to do, he just lets them walk all over him. There's roaches and all sorts of bugs in the back. The restaurant goes months without a deep cleaning, again because of the management not caring to notice, therefore not enforcing. I have NEVER seen a restaurant this horrible and that's saying a lot, I've worked at a Little Caesars that's served moldy dough to customers. This is the worst Bojangle's I've been to. The fries & chicken tenders are never fresh. The tenders are usually hard as a rock & more breading than meat. Employees are usually rude & taking more time to socialize then do their jobs. Regular chicken & other sides are usually ok. read more

Just left from here and the service was amazing, it was a friendly comfortable environment and our meal was amazing. The employees even let us sample something we thought looked good, when we ended up liking it one employee got us a to go container and a biscuit. We stopped there this morning, Tuesday the 13th, and ordered 5 ham and egg biscuits. The person who gave us the food wore his mask below his nose, improper. After driving 20 minutes to my destination, we opened the bag to find only 3 biscuits. After calling and speaking to an employee about the short order, I was instructed to stop later for my refund. When I stopped and waited for my refund, we witnessed at least 5 other employees wearing the masks under their noses and under their chins. Someone needs to teach proper protocols for wearing a face mask. We will not be eating from this place again. read more

Well where to begin. The Management there is very poor! My husband & I visit the store for the first time today May 22,2017 traveling through on our way back home to Virginia Beach. and during my visit the Assistant Manager (black Female) I believe her name was Actavia from what I gathered from the young lady up front , was having a dispute with her employees and instead of pulling the employee in the office and addressing it the professional way this manager if that's what you want to call her decided to do it in front of customers and other employees on duty today. I been in Food Retail Management field 25 years and right now I'm a Commercial Property Manager. That's not how you run a business or mostly speak to your employees. In the meantime from what I observed this employee she was yelling at was actually working very hard . The lines were long , tables were dirty and all that going on this particular manager along with two other employees just sat at the table in lobby I would say over a hour laughing and eating. Then this particular manager went behind counter using her cell phone as she started to finally assist doing maybe 2 peoples orders and then went and sat back down in lobby and continue to do what she was doing. (NOTHING) Any good manager would of got up and got the line completely down or clean the tables and assist customers. My husband and I were there more than a hour relaxing before our long ride home. Seems to me with my experience of being a manager places like Bo jangles, seems there is a lot of unexperienced management and goofing off going on in this facility . (To Many Chiefs Not Enough Indians) If this is how you all run a business with Irresponsible and Unprofessional Management (Actavia) you will not last long I promise you that.
