Never heard of a "Biscuitville" before, so we gave it a shot while visiting the area. I loved watching how they were made through a window. Thought that was a nice touch. The biscuits were tasty and fluffy. The staff was upbeat and attentive. Unfortunately, we arrived 5 min. after they ran out of Country Ham (poor logistics mgmt.). When we came back to add a child-sized drink for the 5 year-old, they didn't bother charging. It was a nice experience and we'll likely return. read more

Came here for breakfast while passing through Lynchburg and hope I will have the chance to go back someday. I didn't realize that it was like a fast food kind of vibe until I drove up to the location, and almost went somewhere else for breakfast and am glad that I didn't. This regional chain is something we do not have back in Indiana. First off, know that this is a fast food place... we didn't expect that when we walked in. However, for being so fast (like lightning fast), the food is great quality. They truly have some classic southern fare. The spicy chicken honey biscuit had a pleasant kick to it. The bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich was a nice sweet and savory balance. The seasonal raspberry muffin was excellent... it was served warm, too. Lastly, the sweet tea was the perfect balance of sweetness and tea flavor, in true southern fashion. On top of the good food, the service was great. Our cashier was friendly and everything came out fast, hot, and fresh. The window to watch them prepare the biscuits from scratch was also cool. Wish we had a location in Indianapolis! read more

Meh - you call that a biscuit? I was hoping for a real southern brekkie biscuit sandwich - and my search continues apparently. This place is sort of a fast food lay out when you walk in - you make your way to the counter, place you order, grab some condiments and find a table or take it to go. I opted for a biscuit / egg combo with a hash brown and coffee - which seemed to mess them up as she was already handing my a soda cup... must be a local thing drinking soda with breakfast. Took my meal home and was somewhat disappointed - the hash brown was fine but the egg biscuit sandwich was pretty boring and lacked taste. Coffee out and out sucked. Parking lot available. read more

Hubby loves biscuits. Friends suggested we stop by. I am not sure what all the "hoopla" is about, but the employees were nice. The sign says, "Made fresh every 20 minutes." I think we were served biscuits made at the 20 minute mark. They were mostly soft but did not taste freshly made two minutes after ordering. The grits were really decent. The plain biscuit was just okay. Hubby liked the sausage, egg biscuit. I wouldn't go out of my way to find a location but I may try again down the road. read more

This was my first visit to Biscuitville! The eggs were real eggs and the bacon was thick and plenty. The biscuit melted in your mouth.

I'm a sucker for good biscuits. Add it together with great sausage gravy, and I will hand you my money. I went to Biscuitville for a birthday breakfast today, and enjoyed myself. My wife and I both got a 2-egg platter with bacon, biscuit, and gravy on the side. ($3.75? A steal!) bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly. The biscuit was done to perfection, although slightly bland. The gravy was the same; Good, but not great. The biscuit itself was slathered in butter, which soaked the biscuit through and through. I would have preferred to have been asked if I wanted butter (which I would have said 'no', I like my jelly). In addition, I got a steak biscuit sandwich, which was much better. The steak had good flavor, and the biscuit didn't have a pound of butter on it. Fluffy, but still bland. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. Wouldn't be my first choice for a biscuit, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down. read more

I love Biscuitville, and have since I was a kid, but I'm very frustrated with the Timberlake location. Every single time I go there, without fail, they forget something. Straws and/or condiments are always left out, even after they specifically ask what condiments I want. They are closed inside, which is totally fine, but with them only having to focus on the drive thru, one would think those orders would be right. read more

I have always been a big fan of this place but I visited on Wednesday 12/1/21 and was so disappointed. I stopped by for a typical breakfast of Pancakes, eggs with cheese, bacon and coffee. All I want to say is why was Everything and I mean everything was cold? The staff was very friendly but my food was not up to par at all. As a matter of fact I didn't complain I just poured out the coffee and chucked the food in the trash can and exited the building. After burying my uncle I just wanted a good hot breakfast to sit and just reflect on his passing. I hope biscuitville start focusing on the quality of the food before it leaves the kitchen. What a delicious biscuit! And they have turkey sausage! I haven't been here in ages, but it is the same soft buttery biscuit from my childhood. The pancakes are pretty good too. The staff seems like they just woke up, but the food makes up for it. I like how guests can watch the biscuit maker in the window. Problem solved, Biscuitville. They have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and other treats, but are open until 2:00 and serve breakfast until then. Honestly, I don't even know if they serve anything other than breakfast. The drive through line is usually pretty backed up the later it gets... apparently I'm not the only one with a sleeping in problem (read hobby). This isn't my favorite place in the world for breakfast (it's really greasy), but it is usually the only one I wake up in time to eat. The quality of the food is good though. It tastes more fresh than the other chains, but has twice the grease. They also load the biscuits down with hefty portions of meaty goodness. This is my favorite Biscuitville to visit! They are always so friendly and ready to help and serve the customer! We went every Saturday and Sunday morning for almost two years and the food was always delicious and hot! We live in Roanoke now and wish there was a biscuitville closer to us but whenever we make a trip to Lynchburg we always go to biscuitville on Timberlake! The main draw for me is the convenience. The service is almost instant; it only adds about 2 minutes to my commute. The staff at this location is also incredibly friendly and warm, even at 5:45 AM. Chick-fil-A quality customer service but more authentic. My staff loves when we get biscuits catered for the staff meeting, which they also handle flawlessly. read more
