    I was lucky enough to be chosen for the free studio session and print for senior kitties! I honestly thought it was too good to be true when I signed up, but rest assured this is a true and real blessing! The day before my appointment I decided to look at the reviews and was filled with dread LOL. I saw some reviewers, who also did the free shoot, mention feeling pressured and guilt-tripped amongst other concerns. I believe that these people have every right to feel the way they do about their experience; however, I want to address anyone else looking at these reviews and feeling the same dread I was: I am BEYOND satisfied!! Sean was my photographer and he was extremely friendly and talkative which I, a very shy and anxious woman, deeply appreciated. He brought me to the studio and had me release the beast (my kitty, Boogs, who is 17.8) so we could both get comfortable. We chatted for a good bit about our lives and our pets which really helped ease my anxiety and feel relaxed enough to enjoy myself during the shoot. He was super patient despite my deaf kitty not being able to hear his "calls-to-camera" to get her to look forward, and had so many different approaches so that we could really take full advantage of this opportunity!! We really got the whole VIP treatment despite it being, well, unpaid haha. Sean was cheerful and upbeat the entire time, he gave it his all, and produced some really beautiful shots. Thank you, Sean!! I came in the next day to look at the shots, and Andrea (I believe that was her name, I'm so sorry if I'm mistaken!) was my guide, so to speak. She and I went into another room and chatted, she too was very friendly and nice. We then started looking at the photos and different sizes using a projector on the wall. She was patient as I asked her to keep going back and forth between shots so I could compare LOL, which I'm grateful for. It sucks feeling like you're being annoying or nitpicking, but she didn't make me feel that way AT ALL! She didn't pressure me into getting a bigger size, either-in fact, I didn't feel pressured at all THANK GOODNESS!!! For example, I was having a difficult time deciding between three photos, and Andrea told me about a couple of different packages I could get with all of the photos I wanted. I told her that unfortunately it's not in my budget, and she informed me that they could offer me a payment plan. I truly mulled it over but ultimately decided it wouldn't be fiscally responsible for me to commit when my finances are still unknown (having just moved). She was pretty much like "alright!" and that was that! Thank you so much Andrea, for your patience and your warmth!!! It really felt like she was trying to work WITH me to get me what I wanted, not upsell to me to get them what they want... which, btw, they have a right to do? They're a business, it should be expected. Yes, there was talk of our babies inevitably passing away one day by both Andrea and Sean, so they do play into emotion in that way, but on a scale of 1-100 on manipulation, I give it a 12. It's truly just a fact of life, and something I think about anyway, having a senior kitty. Honestly, it only magnifies my feelings of gratitude. Remember guys... it's advertised as a FREE photoshoot for your SENIOR animal... I think the idea of "they're only here for so long" is what motivates us as clients to book, right? Of course they're going to talk about it. If my experience is how they go about doing so, I am completely fine with it, especially given the outcome. Are they hoping to make some sales while they are setting up these FREE photoshoots? Of course!! The prices are much higher than I personally expected, yes, but try to see it as being given a free massage at a luxury spa--the prices for additional services will reflect the luxury that they provide to the luxurious clientele that they typically serve. So while it's good for us lower-income folk to mentally prepare for some "sticker shock" amongst the struggle of having to choose just one photo, remember that this is a luxury service that, usually, we might not even hope to consider--much less directly benefit from for free. I am truly blown away by their donation of time, effort, and resources to gift me this memory with my Boogs. I mean, that's crazy. It's crazy generous. If they were in my budget, I absolutely would have purchased some beautiful prints of my beautiful baby. The photos were excellent!! And honestly, this business DESERVES the support!! Such a long review! I actually had to trim it to even be able to post it, haha! Overall, I am so dang glad that I booked this, and I am SO grateful for the opportunity... THANK YOU BOKEH CREATIVES!!!!!! You have truly blessed me with something I will treasure for the rest of my life. I hope you know that what you do makes a real, tangible difference in brightening up the world. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my print, and will upload it here when I get it!! THANK YOU!!!

    Everyone was pretty nice but I feel like the prices are outrageous. We "won" the free session with an 8 x 10 and I was expecting it be on a canvas but it's literally on cardboard. I'm really sad they wouldn't give us a single digital image without paying $600+ all I wanted was to share our photo with our family but I guess a blurry picture of a cardboard is the best we get ): if we didn't win I don't think I would pay more than $75 for the photo as it's honestly not the best. The lady who you talk with via zoom to discuss "extras" was pretty persistent and I felt like she made us feel poor for not being able to afford $600+ for photos.

    I applied for their Fur Baby/Family Portrait Experience through an Instagram ad. You get a "free" photoshoot and a complimentary 8x10 printed portrait. The staff are friendly and professional. When I call, they pick up. They answer all my questions. The studio is neat and quiet. The bathroom is clean and tidy. The photographer was absolutely wonderful. She was super sweet and fun to talk to. She made sure my cat was comfortable and offered multiple breaks so he wasn't too stressed out. She did a great job guiding us into poses and suggesting little tweaks. The pictures came out so well! As far as the process of picking out photos, I definitely felt pressured and manipulated. They ask a lot of personal questions and really try to pull at your heartstrings. Even though the photos came out really well, their pricing was very steep. I got 8 unedited digital photos for $800, and that's including my $100 deposit. I've done professional shoots for myself and it's never been that expensive ($500 or less for edited photos). I really didn't want to pay that price, but the pictures came out better than I expected. Even though the photos were unedited, they were really great quality (they actually looked edited). I opted to do the payment plan and got it paid off quickly. They told me it could take months to get my free 8x10 print, which made no sense to me since it was unedited. It took about a month and a half to arrive. They also wanted to wait to send me my digital photos until my physical print arrived, but I wasn't having that. They finally caved and sent me a link. I love the digital photos, the 8x10, and the overall experience, but the pricing and manipulation I did not. Would I do it again? Probably not, but if you can afford it, the picture quality is really good and the photographer is amazing.

    I am updating my review. On 05/09/25 I did receive my photos and of the misunderstanding they added extra copies of my choice which I can appreciate as Bokeh didn't have to do that. I'm bumping up my review from one to 3 stars because after I writing my original review the owner Tim did reach out to me via email to find out what happened there were definitely some misunderstandings and the first photo being sent to wrong address and they receiving a photo I never picked out. Thank you, Tim for getting this resolved for me. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is I will apologize for calling them a scam , however I think that when we the customers are promised something it should taken care of in a timely matter or at least kept you customers updated. You can understand why some may feel or think they are being scammed. I'm not sure if your introduction on the main Yelp page is poking fun of customers who haven't receive what they were promised etc... Yes, they may feel ripped off or scammed, but you have to understand why? I don't think it should ever get to a point of having to write a negative review to be able to get something resolved. Once again, I appreciate my issue was resolved.

    I would give them no stars if I could as they have poor business practices. I was really looking forward to our session it's been a hard year for us and we just wanted to do something nice for ourselves. But after we booked we realized the dates wouldn't work for us as we saw the pictures are pretty pricey after your "free" 8x10 picture so I reached out to them to see if we could reschedule for a date early next year or else we would have to cancel and their calendar doesn't go that far out so we understood it needed to be cancelled. I message today as our apt is on the 12th to make sure it was cancelled and they say yes it has been cancelled since the first inquiry on Sept 23 so I ask when do I get my deposit back. They said I do not get it back since it's been less than 9 days till our apt that I cancelled. But you just said it's been cancelled since Sept 23? If we both agree the rescheduling didn't work then that means it's cancelled just like you said. Now they are refusing to give it to me and tried to end the conversation. Hire any local photographer than this place they are a complete scam and do not honor their own policies. UPDATE: After reading their pathetically unprofessional response to my review I have to laugh. I was told my deposit could be refunded if it was outside of the 9 day timeframe before the appt. I had this full conversation with them where they kept changing the policy to fit their narrative and tried to close the conversation. They did not respond to me only until after I left them a review and not when I texted them. After I sent them a text saying I will dispute the charge with my bank, go to their studio in person and talk or blast them on social media since that's the only way to get their attention, which is what happened. If I didn't, my deposit wouldn't have been refunded. And now after seeing how they handle responses to their poor fraudulent business practices I can see I made the right decision in not working with them. There are so many local photographers that do great work for much cheaper and are kind human beings. Stay far away from this trash of a business as possible.

    Me and my dog had the most amazing experience getting our pictures taken here. It was so well organized. Everything went very smoothly. They took their time to get the perfect pictures of me and my pup and listen to everything that I wanted to get done as well as had their own creative touches that just made everything absolutely perfect. I highly suggest the studio if you are looking to get any pet portraits, they were very patient and accommodating. They even had some treats there that my dog was obsessed with! We got to change outfits and do every thing that we wanted as well as as poses that they had set up for us that just turned out adorable! The ordering session went so amazing and our $50 deposit turned into a $500 credit towards our ordering session which was amazing on top of our free pet portrait session! I definitely did not feel pressured to order anything outside of my budget and I'm very happy with the result of our pictures. They are so beautiful and I love them and we cherish them for years to come!

    So after I left this review, the owner Tim replied with a rather emotionally charged and very unprofessional response and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong for calling his scam what it is, a scam. There are countless other 1 star reviews saying the same thing, and more get added every week. Also he's running a promo for everyone that leaves a 1 star review mentioning "scam"? Must be quite a few of these reviews popping up to justify a $750 credit! He deleted his response to this eventually, but I'm posting it again so any potential customers for this business can see how they will be treated if they so much as attempt to call out the incredibly unethical and sketchy practices that these "photographers" are using. My card was never refunded. I don't trust these people and neither should you. Just take a look at how the Owner of this company conducts himself online and treats potential customers, and the fact that he can't even own up to it afterwards! Save your money, time and sanity and do business elsewhere.

    Great experience my Cane Corso/Italian Mastiff was having a fun photoshoot today! The photographers were wonderful they had my dog behaving like a professional dog model.

    Lipstick all over my teeth. A good photographer would have told you immediately to fix this

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. I was 8 months preggo, literally 3 weeks before my due date, and I was able to do my maternity shoot and got BEAUTIFUL photos. The gowns guys!!! The gowns are what sold me but after meeting the entire Belly Beautiful Team, I fell in love with them!! Why??? Well let me tell u:: 1) They're responsive to emails, calls, any questions you have. 2) They give you recommendations on what to wear and how to dress it up. 3) Don't know how to work it in front of the camera??
