I called and had a quick discussion with Vinny. He was attentive and fast to respond. Due to my experience we didn't need to review the care and what to expect experience but we did glance over it. This man is a true professional and you can tell he loves what he does. I showed him what I wanted and even before I got there he had my design and had it in 3 different sizes. He took the time to be sure the size, placement, and design was exactly what I wanted. He quickly got to work and it was quick and amazing. The shop is so clean and each artist had their own room so if you plan on getting a tattoo in a private area or need to be somewhat exposed, the door is closed in each artists private studio. No head-head-banging-rattle-your-brain-kill-your-momma music. Just a real clean, chill experience. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. My only experience was with Vinny, FOR NOW but take the advice of this 57 year old man who's been in countless shops. This place is amazing. You will not be disappointed from the minute you enter, meet the artist and leave with a pristine tattoo. I can't say enough good things about this shop and their staff. Fair pricing too!!! Hard to find nowadays with all so called artists out there. Make a day out of it. Go make an appointment and then go walk around and enjoy Keyport. The service I had done was a lobe re-piercing and the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciated how attentive and caring Jasmine and Christy were with explaining the process to me. When I was getting pierced, I was told I'm buying one with a clamp and in which I just have to unclamp and take out when the time comes. However, when my husband and I cut it out, there was not a clamp after all. Turns out, it was just a ring with an opening, the opening unfortunately ended INSIDE my skin and did NOT go through my nose anymore. The hole on the inside of my nose closed up however long ago and I had no idea. Had to repierce my nose.

Ms. Smith is thoroughly professional and competent. She spent time with me concerning my previous earlobe piercings, which had closed up over time. She went over the earrings choices with details about stones and white vs. yellow gold. I never felt rushed. I ended up purchasing two sets of lightning bolt earrings with tiny stones, one pair in each gold color. She was meticulous in positioning and marking my lobes.
