I consider myself a "collector" of sorts and am pretty much covered neck to feet. I have been to many shops and artists throughout my life and there's something so different about this one. I called and had a quick discussion with Vinny. He was attentive and fast to respond. Due to my experience we didn't need to review the care and what to expect experience but we did glance over it. This man is a true professional and you can tell he loves what he does. I showed him what I wanted and even before I got there he had my design and had it in 3 different sizes. He took the time to be sure the size, placement, and design was exactly what I wanted. He quickly got to work and it was quick and amazing. The shop is so clean and each artist had their own room so if you plan on getting a tattoo in a private area or need to be somewhat exposed, the door is closed in each artists private studio. No head-head-banging-rattle-your-brain-kill-your-momma music. Just a real clean, chill experience. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. My only experience was with Vinny, FOR NOW but take the advice of this 57 year old man who's been in countless shops. This place is amazing. You will not be disappointed from the minute you enter, meet the artist and leave with a pristine tattoo. I can't say enough good things about this shop and their staff. Fair pricing too!!! I tend to pick simpler designs, but she always gets me in and out of the chair in under 30 minutes, which is perfect for someone like me who doesn't like sitting for too long. We briefly spoke about a flat rate because my piece was large. Paid the deposit fee and scheduled the appointment. Then I heard nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Phone calls and emails with "he will call you back" and never did. Then at 2AM the morning of my appointment I finally got the drawn photo concepts back. Not thrilled and took up as much time as possible making sure it was good: Tattooing itself was fine. Finished and given after care instructions. I was told in about 2 weeks someone would reach out to book a follow up checkup because it is such a large piece. Nothing. I call; "he is actually with someone. He will contact you back" nothing. Nothing. Nothing. And Nothing. Fast forward TWO MONTHS. I call. Finally get Someone . Explain the entire thing, and what am I told? "Send us a message in Insta and we will decide if you need a follow up". But that wasn't what was told? currently still waiting to be messaged back. The work is fabulous, but the follow through is iffy at best.

He was sweating a lot and his pupils were blown wide. Super unprofessional and honestly I made a mistake getting angel bites from him. He didn't tell me what mm ball caps he gave me, didn't inform me how to properly care for my new piercings, either. It was my first time getting facial piercings and I'm deeply regretting coming to this place specifically.

When I was getting pierced, I was told I'm buying one with a clamp and in which I just have to unclamp and take out when the time comes. However, when my husband and I cut it out, there was not a clamp after all. Turns out, it was just a ring with an opening, the opening unfortunately ended INSIDE my skin and did NOT go through my nose anymore. The hole on the inside of my nose closed up however long ago and I had no idea. Had to repierce my nose.
