I ordered two tires off Blackcircles online to be fitted here, rang up on the morning after I…read moreplaced my order to check the time I could come down after booking an AM fitting, the guy who answered the phone was so rude, turned around and said "Nah am fully booked till tuesday", I said, "I booked it online with Blackcircles for Thursday", his reply was "Nah av declined the job", I turned around and said "Oh right, so do I have to ring them?", he goes "Aye" and then hung up. I don't care if you don't have a lot of time or if you're busy, customer service is customer service, if you're going to answer the phone, at least have the effort to be professional. Thought this was a very reputable garage, I guess not.

Now a regular customer, they have never tried to stitch me up like the major tyre chains, and they take the time to discuss your needs and budgets for tyres. My Mitsubishi has an unusual tyre size and the chains wanted £170+ per tyre with no options. Darcy's were able to supply me at £100 per tyre, and they currently do MOT's for £30. Can't rate these folks highly enough........... give them a call!

They always give you an honest quote and i've always found it very reasonable. The guys in the garage are friendly and being a lady they dont talk down to me or treat me like i'm stupid as most garages would.

Estimate went up by thousand of pounds and they took weeks to fix car leavin us without transport. Once they had repaired the had to take it back three times as the parts thy had replaced were not installed correctly. Would never take a car there to be repaired. Would have Preferred it of they had admitted they knew nothing about this type of car on the first place 44 and would have saved unfold hassle by going elsewhere
