Campusview had a place that was even closer to my classes than the dorms. The price was reasonable for the location too. We lived there for 2 years and never had any problems. Just leave the place as clean as it is when you get it and should not have any problems. I would recommend Campusview to anybody looking to get out of the dorms and still be really close to campus.

They say pet friendly, but you better get every single piece of hair out of there before you move out or you'll be charged. Oh you removed all light fixtures and deep cleaned them? Not good enough there is dust. CHARGED! Oh you cleaned the stove top? There are streaks from cleaning it and dust. CHARGED! After moving into our new rental I can full heartedly say campus view was the worst to rent from. Always having to come in to do random stuff and always sending texts and emails out about stuff. This new rental we barely hear from our landlord. He leaves us alone and respects us. When we need maintenance done we contact him and he sends someone out when we need them. He even straight up told us that he doesn't want to take our security deposit and the only way he would is if there is a huge hole in the wall or something is badly damaged. He doesn't care about the normal wear and tear that is expected when someone lives in a place. Dust is normal especially in a crappy place like campus view. Should I mention how much mold builds up in campus view apartments? Even when we use the fan in the bathroom and leave the door open to air out. The mold was crazy. Especially by the windows. If you rent through campus view I feel bad for you and hope the lease goes by fast.

We received all kinds of great information from In Motion, including a timeline of how things would go, information about the company and our new building manager, and new rent payment options. They have a FABULOUS online rental payment system set up. They even take payment by credit card - hello, cash back rewards! In Motion kept the same caretaker on site, which was a nice addition to making the process easy on everyone. He has been the caretaker for a while, so he didn't have to find a new job or home. A big bonus for all of us is since he's been there a long time, he was a great asset to the transition team. Plus, he's an all-around great guy. Friendly, helpful, and an excellent handyman. What prompted me to finally write a review about them is this: I had an issue with my internet service that is moderated through In Motion. I sent an email to the property manager, and he called back within a few minutes. We had a good chat about the overall situation, and came to a good solution. All within the span of about ten minutes from start to finish! If you are looking for a place to rent that is well-managed and well-taken care of, I highly recommend that you consider In Motion.
