    This apartment was the ultimate worst place to live in the Twin Cities. The manager Shelly Cole is…read morethe most incompetent, rude, and uncooperative person to ever work in customer service. Maintenance issues took months if they were ever even acknowledged, and they would pull rules out of no where that were not even ethical. Seniority between tenant based on how long they lived there was grossly abused. The office was never open during working hours. Employees would go off and do personal things around town when the office was supposed to be open Plowing and ice accumulated leaving elderly to slip and fall. plowers wouldn't come until a week after snow fall, even after they had it would look the exact same. The apartment halls were dirty, and stunk of animal waste and were very poorly cleaned by the so called "care takers". Letters of importance are thrown at your doors as well as packages for anyone to steal. Management would make you feel as though you were a criminal every time something was addressed to the building or you personally.The office personnel needs to take courses in customer service instead of making their paying customers feel like inmates. Someone complained of theft and robbery to her apartment over 8 times and management did not let her change her locks or do anything about it. They told the police to ignore her. What is acceptable for some tenants is not for others, for example having a grill on your deck is against the rules, but not for the people who have lived there for ever. They also call the shots and call the office if anything is not to their liking, including things like a dog peeing outside on a tree.

They fixed them once then cut them again and it's taken this long to redo them. This has happened before. Also the maintenance gets to you when he wants to. That can be weeks or even months. 541 where I live smells gross all the time and the doors are slimmy to the touch. The laundry room took about three months to redo from the time they started. Office staff was always nice and helpful but if I had another place to go I would.
