We picked you...in a sense, we voted for you and many have been let down. Work on your customer scheduling and communication! Hire someone to help or purchase software that assists with this. Finally, refrain from challenging customers in your posts. Bad form. Remain humble, polite, and tolerant. Your tone was a massive turn-off, and a bit arrogant. You are in the customer service business and you have to own the scheduling/communication process...not the other way around. I have led and trained hundreds of people in these disciplines for some of the world's most successful and demanding companies. I am giving you some very valuable advice for free. After signing up for a membership I went to use it for the first time to get my car cleaned. They printed the receipt to which I saw was $75. I again asked for clarification as to what I was getting and wasn't given much. I went inside to pay hoping they could better explain what this included. Apparently the "light" detail was originally $110 and my membership discounts got it down to $75. I then went outside and my car was already done (10 min max). I would be totally fine paying this is there was any attention to detail and that in numerous spots left in my car that looks like they barely even touched it with a rag. They also didn't even move the floor mats to vacuum under those. I suggest that you also educated your people as 1) none of them could tell me what the membership they sold me last time got me and 2) what exactly the $110 detail got me as it seems like not much.

My husband and I have a membership, but when I pulled up, the gate wouldn't open because there was an issue with our payment method. I had left the house in such a hurry that I didn't even have my wallet with me. Before I could even explain, Stephen greeted Macy with a dog treat, gave me one of the new air fresheners (which was such a nice surprise), and was incredibly kind throughout the whole interaction. I told him I'd run home to grab my wallet so we could update the payment, but he wouldn't hear of it. He smiled and said, "Absolutely not. I would never turn you around. You're a loyal customer." That level of kindness and customer service meant so much. My husband and I recently moved to Arizona from California, and moments like this remind us exactly why we made the move. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about people, and Stephen made what could have been a frustrating situation into one that left me smiling. This one is my go-to because of the location and each time I go they give you their brightest smiles when they greet you as you pull up. Note: if you've ever stopped your unlimited passes, you'd know smiling is part of the company's mandatory services. I appreciate the attendants looking over the car too (even when it's 115 degrees F) and spraying the majority of sap, poop, and dust spots. Now for my one complaint. TL;DR hyperfocused attendant does not know when to stop the car wash despite a foreseeable mistake like an open car window [that was unmistakably malfunctioning]. Maybe she's new because I'd never seen this middle-aged woman before, but please pardon me for saying she had no sense - or maybe she's seen too many absurd TikToks that nothing fazes her anymore. Today, I drove my husband's car not knowing the mechanics of one of the rear windows malfunctions. Doing what I always do, I made sure the windows were all rolled up, but the malfunctioning window automatically rolled down. This new attendant sees this, continues to spray the car down (so I got a little wet too), and allows the conveyor belt to keep moving the car along...so what do I do? I put my foot on the brake. She then proceeds to yell "Put the car in neutral" as she sees the windows continue to roll up and down multiple times. I repeat, the window doesn't work properly and I'm trying to not get water, soap, and the brushes inside the car by gingerly fussing with the window button. After yelling about five times, likely thinking I'm not listening, and the car behind me is now also on the conveyor belt ready to hit my bumper, she presses the button to stop the wash. Did she finally hear me say "I'm trying to close the window" before she gave an exasperated look then pressed the button? I'm unsure. Was I embarrassed? Yes. Did I expect her to pay attention to obvious details like an open window - malfunctioning or not? Absolutely. I hope she learned from this mishap many, many things. What did I learn from this? Just look at the windows to see if they're all rolled up.

Bill the owner of this lovely and efficient customization and car detail shop personally answered…read moreall my questions via phone, text, and seemed to have done the window tint and ceramic coating for my 2012 SLK (talk about amazing customer service and an honor!) Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!
