I moved out of an area that could use this company back in October 2024, So of course I cancelled the service. I had it tied to an email I long stopped using for purchasing. I was told it would be taken care and made the mistake of trusting that. year and a half later I find out they have been charging me. I'm an idiot for not catching it sooner but when I called to tell them they said they could refund 1 month of it. Because they could not see when I cancelled. and when I asked to talk to a manager they said ok we have you on a waiting list. Such a BS Company. Close to $500 of payments for a service I never use. No towels for a very expensive $13 car wash. Much more than similar car washes. No management present. The excuse from them is people keep stealing the towels. This is a wealthy neighborhood and the towel issue has been going on since they opened. The towels are jet black in color. People are not going to see them because they are blended in with the car seats. The towels need to be bright orange or yellow (as other car washes) so people see that they're not theirs, and then they will return them. I hope you thank me for solving your problem. The carwashes themselves are not the issue. Their billing department sucks. They double charged me when I lost my card even though it was 2 weeks later that they charged me. Used the Quick Quack for the first time today. It was really disappointing. My car definitely needed a wash but had no major stuck on dirt , and I can out of the car wash with dust still on my car. Didn't even get close to cleaning my windshield which admittedly did have some bug yuck on it. Still for $12, I was expecting my car to look cleanish. Looks like it still needs a wash. This place is very dangerous. We took our Kia telluride in early October. The machine damaged our side mirror and door. An incident report was immediately filed and we were contacted by Jose saying the case would be worked up. After that, they went silent. They did not respond after numerous attempts and this location does not ever have a manager there. The total cost of repairs was more than 3000 dollars. Was kinda excited that a location opened up near our house. Not that we really needed another car wash. The positives: the staff is really friendly. The negatives: Towels are rarely available. At first they were in the dry/vacuum bays. Then they only gave them to you when you checked in. Today, there were none available. 'All of them are being washed'. There are only three other cars here at the moment. Rather disappointing that they can't even stage them or have enough to meet basic demand. The two different bays also have clogged vacuums so wasn't really able to dry or clean out my car on this visit. Unrelated to today's visit. Was disappointed to see how quickly they raised monthly rates after opening. Not really seeing the increase rate support the facility so far. It was nice and new which is quickly changing. Will be giving additional thought when my renewal hits my credit card. read more

Great self serve car wash. A white variety of options, I usually choose the basic to knock the dust off. They always give me an air freshener and a dash board wiping cloth. The vacuums have two nozzles for large areas and small cracks. There was always a stack of fresh and clean towels to dry off my vehicle under the shaded awnings. If I have had contact with any staff, it has been pleasant, and they are polite and courteous. It is a very economical way for me to keep my vehicle clean. Bring your own tire dressing and you are good to go! I definitely recommend this self serve car wash, and I utilize the one on Hunt Highway. read more

Always friendly staff and my car always looks great. Have had a membership for a couple years now.

Only half the car was washed. Brushes not working on right side, this the second time this has happened. Called customer service, they said they do not refund for single wash even though only one side of car was washed. They are completely aware that only one side is working. Unsure why they would continue to sale washes without at least telling the customer. I think $20 is way too much for half a car wash. The below is an update this started on 6.5.2024 and have not had anyone contact me it is 6.10.2024. I have called and responded to Kristi Social Media Kristi,  It has been three business days now. The smell is brutal, hold your breath bad... Only works properly maybe 1 out of 4 times. Either doesn't rinse, doesn't dry, or some of the rollers are dead. 20% of the time it's good... $30 a month for my membership getting hard to justify. Went to get my car washed today. I'm not a member so I had to wait in the nonmember line. When you are in the nonmember line they try and sell you a membership. So when I pulled up, I was two cars back which shouldn't take that long to get through the line. I sat there for over 15 minutes. while I waited a line of members got through and in front of us so the line was very backed up, i could wait no longer. I finally was able to back out of the car wash because they were still talking to the person in front of me. I don't know why they have a quick in the name because they are definitely not quick. I will never go back there for a car wash. read more

Was hopeful since this is the closest car wash to us but went today first time and it was the worst I've ever been to. Literally soap suds all over my car after the rinse and the entire car left with big water drops and spots. I had to wipe the entire thing down including the windshield which was completely covered in water after the "dry". Also the most expensive at $20 for a mid-tier drive through wash. Don't bother, not sure what's going on but terrible results. read more

Best place ever! I have been to many car washes but this is by far my favorite! The customer service is incredible and they are all so so helpful! They even dried off my windows for me! Wow. I love how I can use the free vacuum and get all the crumbs up, these vacuums actually suck up it all!! Worth it! Go there! Get the unlimited! So worth it! read more

If you visit first thing in the morning, everything is great. If you stop in afternoon, no towels, garbage is full and vacuum isn't as strong. I have 2 memberships with my vehicles but there are other car wash options that I won't keep going if this continues. Talked me into getting a membership for both my cars that I had to wash the same day. Then when I came back again weeks later, refused the 2nd car and said I only had a one car membership and would have to pay more for 2nd car. I immediately cancelled my membership, but they say customer service has to call to complete the request. Of course, they've never called and it's been over 10 days. I expect they'll continue trying to charge my card and I'll have to dispute the charges. I called and emailed to cancel and still got charged the monthly fee and when I asked for a refund I was told they had no record of me calling or emailing so they would not give me my money back!
