They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. The one in the picture I have provided and what he did was he parked a truck that was blocking our entry to our house and when we arrived after coming from work, we tried to pull in, but the car was blocking our entry and therefore we were unable to put in our food truck, which could cause an accident and also was blocking traffic at that moment so my father went inside and spoke to the employee in the picture and right off the bat he was quite aggressive with my father and was yelling, insane, racist comments, and he actually has had incidents with other customers from what I've heard from the police officer that he is a bit of a hothead and is a very aggressive person so therefore, they know that my father was not in the wrong in that situation, but he started punching my father and he was trying to defend himself and block the punches that the man was throwing, and he did push him off, but one of the other employees in the establishment was grabbing my father, so therefore it was two against one, which is unfair and he was punching my father and knocked his hat off and my dad was trying to pick it up and they were trying to jump him so therefore he is clearly in the wrong. My dad knows the law and respects it and is careful and can handle situations without escalating to a certain point, but with this man, he was clearly the aggressor and he right away attacked, but what I have a problem with is how he went above and beyond, and started threatening my father, and also my father's employees with calling ice, and also threatening him that the cartel will come and kill him, even though he seems like the type to not even be involved just wait just based on his job, but we never know and I'm usually the person not to expose someone like that based on the situation and the heat of the moment but when you threaten with discrimination, especially working with other Latinos in that workplace, that's when you need to be exposed for who you truly are as a person and therefore his coworkers should not live in fear, knowing that if they were to overstep the boundary themselves, they shouldn't feel threatened.
