I reached out to other studios and they told me that the wrong rod was used on my eye and I would need to get this relaxed. When I brought that up to Glenda, she told me this is normal (once again) and that this is just how my eyelashes react to this process, but that she could try to make it even. My eyelashes became even more curled and uncomfortable. On top of this, she left the room a number of times while I had the perming solution on my eyes. This made me uncomfortable because I had never had these products on my face and did not know how I would react. I thought this was a normal process, but I have gotten my lashes lifted twice since this service, and each time it has been significantly more comfortable and the results have been better, for over half the price. Additionally, my artist has never left the room, and ensures I am comfortable the entire time.

A few hours later I get a text from her, introducing herself & gave me her price for a full set of lash extensions & price of fills. We continued to text throughout the day & she was able to fit me in the following week in the morning! She is so sweet & personable. She made me feel so comfortable. The last time I had lash extensions put in was quite painful and I had told her that I was nervous about it. She said it shouldn't hurt at all! And indeed it didn't hurt! I felt ZERO pain. I've heard of people getting their lashes done by a professional & still feeling pain. Christy does it right! I didn't feel stinging or anything. The process went by so fast, she's so much fun to talk to. After we finished she explained lash care & that I'd see a few fall out & it's completely normal. And truly it is. I was on time. My appointment was at 11, I sadly was a little behind and got there at 10:58, she greeted me and told me she was just finishing up with her previous client. By 11:15 I was seeing a pattern. I told myself if she still hasn't spoken to me by 11:30 I would just leave. Yes, I could have tried to get a new appointment. But, why? She obviously either doesn't value my time (at all) or she is woefully in over her head and the best thing I can do is remove myself. I didn't create her back log, but I did alleviate it. It is woefully unprofessional, deeply inconsiderate, and a terrible way to treat anyone. I cannot see myself returning and putting myself in the position where I wait 30 minutes for an appointment I made 6 weeks ago and get ZERO customer service. It's not a great look. It makes me even madder that she's blaming the girl saying she was late...guess who should pay the burden on that? Not your next client Michele.

I stopped in last week. I had been growing my eyebrows out for about two months and didn't want to end up plucking my eyebrows badly again. I came in and right away everyone there was friendly and happy to help. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was very attentive and sweet. Other members made conversation with my partner as he waited for me, as if he was just part of the family. The people here are great and my eyebrows came out clean and gorgeous ! Thank you!!! Was looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows threaded and this place was so close to me so thought I'd give it a try. The place is so lovely and Fariha is so kind!
