I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. The eyeliner faded within a few weeks, and I didn't get a response after canceling the touchup and sharing feedback. Positives: Groupon price was honored, the studio is easy to reach, and parking is convenient. In summary, the results didn't last as expected, and the app made the process frustrating. Better communication and support would improve the experience.
