She really took the time to explain everything and answer some questions I had about the Neveskin procedure. She let me know what to expect and when. How it would feel during and after. She did a phenomenal job on patient education. She did it with so much patience and with a smile. Highly recommend going to her for whatever you need. I was also explained the packaging and pricing without feeling forced to buy or pressure. Now for the part I was a little disappointed with. Because I didn't have a jowl or turkey neck she decided to do the hybrid facial. I spent $149 for 10 minutes of the neveskin and a 10 minute cold facial. So in total it was about 25 mins. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. The eyeliner faded within a few weeks, and I didn't get a response after canceling the touchup and sharing feedback. Positives: Groupon price was honored, the studio is easy to reach, and parking is convenient. In summary, the results didn't last as expected, and the app made the process frustrating. Better communication and support would improve the experience.

I had lip blushing done this…read moreyear with Vivian, and previously I've had eyeliner and brows done here as well, all with different artists. Every experience has been consistently excellent. Vivian was incredibly clear and upfront about the lip blushing process, including the fact that it can be more intense than eyeliner or brows. For me, that was true, though I know it varies by person. My first pass healed lighter than I wanted, and at my follow-up Vivian really listened. She made sure I was thoroughly numbed and adjusted the color to a richer shade that I love. She also explained that some lips simply don't retain pigment as easily, which was reassuring and helpful to understand. Healing was easy, and I'm excited to see how the color continues to settle over the next few weeks. What really stands out to me about this studio is how kind, attentive, and thoughtful all of the artists are. One consistent approach I've noticed is that they intentionally go lighter at first, which makes total sense. You can always deepen the color at the follow-up, and it avoids ending up with something too intense. Overall, another great experience and I couldn't be happier with the care and results.

And I'm all ready in over the 500.00 dollar mark and that's with her $100.00 off sale, and they're not right. At this point I'm feeling a little like being taken advantage of . I have at least 6 tattoos and I've never had to go back in for a touch up, and if I did, the tattoo artist would never charge, I feel like the brow thing is a total racket, I have big tattoos that cost 1/2 of what I paid for or what this looks like. It's your decision, but I wouldn't go here if you're going to go through with it, don't be fooled by what seems like a sale. Just go pay the money.

I had Emma and was able to carry on a nice conversation with her while also hearing the other employee carry on conversations with other customers (rather than the employees just talking to each other like most experiences). It's been more than two weeks since my nails were done and they STILL look great! No chipping, breaks.. nothing! I will go back!!
