Hard No! After starting the engine on my six month old 2024 Dodge Hornet, every service warning light you can imagine was flashing at me and all the automatic features have been disabled. I took the car in to the dealer and was told it couldn't be looked at until the following week (I took it on a Wednesday morning). How is that even possible? The service department can't take 5 minutes to hoist a car up and run a scan to see if the car is even safe to drive until they actually can fix it? No apologies, no accommodations...NOTHING! The rep was actually pretty rude as well. Another customer lost, such a shame. I will never service my car there nor buy another vehicle from them again.

I only signed the day before but they illegaly told me that my deposit was gone. This is illegal. A customer can have 24 hours to change/go back on his contract. The fine prints were not explained by pushy salesman Ignazio Battaglia. He had the paper turned towards him and reading it while saying sign here, here and then turning the paper towards me. I was not given an opportunity to read the document on the spot. The next day I called early that morning to tell them the car was out of my budget but they told me I lost my deposit because they took the car out for cleaning and "preparing it for the sales" and it cost $1000 to do this!. I was shocked. I drove there and spoke with Iggy who said to speak with his manager Frank Amerato. Frank only returned $500 when I could not get the money to purchase his car. They must have done it to many other customer if they cannot remember nor see records. They suck. I hate pickard lane leasing.

Started out looking for a diesel truck 3/4 ton as a first time buyer (and a female) I could just imagine the troubles I was facing... I went to Bolton looking at a truck I found on kijiji and took one look at the truck and the dealership and tucked-tail and ran. I saw a flash of a king ranch and a bunch of other trucks so as a last resort I pulled in ( pickard land) went in and was greeted right away by their sales guy Iggy, gave my needs and wants and took a walk through their HUGE selection, and decided on a great truck just what was looking for and more. After going through the financing process which was fast and easy I got nervous about the truck and what not ... Just the gitter-bug about a big purchase... Even after signing the ownership and financing Iggy and frank were more than helpful and were willing to forget the sale just to keep me happy... And after doing my reaseach locally to local dealerships (ford/ dodge/ Chevy) I was blown away with great reviews! So I went ahead with the sale and I couldn't have made a better desision! I thank those guys and will FORSURE be going back for all my vehicle needs!
