I've been using this place for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. The interior is clean / bright with space for six vehicle pits, and the waiting room is cozy and tidy; offering up news on a big screen, and water or high-test coffee on tap. A month later while driving up the 404, my ENGINE OIL light came on. I got off the highway and pulled over to check what happened. My car was spilling oil like crazy. I called a tow to have it brought to my driveway, once we were able to lift my vehicle we saw that the oil plug/screw was gone and all the oil in my car came pouring out. If anyone knows anything about cars once this is probably one of or is the worst thing tbat can happen to it. They didn't screw it in properly. I called Jiffy Lube Newmarket to explain what happend and they sent two men to come and fix my car since they were the ones that royally screwed up. When those two men arrived they had no jack to lift my car to fix it. I have to PROVIDE them my own jack! Once they fixed it the asked me to come to their location tomorrow to do another oil change and to check everything one more time while also covering the cost of my tow. The manager did another oil change on my car the following day. I asked him to double check to make sure everything was secure. I also has to ask him to change the information on my papers multiple times because he cannot spell my name or get my license plate correct after repeating myself multiple times. Two days ago I was driving my car and the cover underneath my car fell off... The manager cannot even attach a cover properly so I dont even want to know what he did with my oil change.This place has destroyed a 2020 Honda Civic with 80,000km. I had to get a new car because I genuinely don't know how safe my vehicle is anymore let alone all the other issues that were about to come if I keep it. I went on their website to the contact page and filled out a form to have someone contact me, it's been 3 days and I haven't heard a thing. They are the worst mechanics I've ever been to. I started coming here because I was told they give great quick service but if they are going to give quick service they are not paying attention to what they are doing. Im disgusted and disappointed. I had been having some leaks for quite a while. My older Jeep had been looked at by another…read moremechanic in my last city but he could not find anything wrong. Recently I began having some issues with the vehicle shaking so I needed to get it looked at. I found All Things Automotive on Yelp under their old name Rosstech and thought I'd give them a try... I am glad I did! The staff were very friendly and warm right from the moment I walked in. They had taken it for a road test to see if they could feel the shake. As someone who had discovered that past "diagnostic road tests" had included multiple 100+ km round trips for the staff at the dealerships service centre I always watch my odometre and gas tank now. Their road test was what I would consider more than reasonable! They found the leaks right away, as well as what might be causing the occasional shake. They outlined what needed to be done now, what could wait, and what I needed to keep a watch on. They provided me a safe, nice loaner for the next day and didn't give me any trouble when I returned 20 min late after having been stuck in unexpected traffic (which put them past their closing time). The cost was less than expected for all the work they did, no grease or other materials were on my interior and, most importantly it is running great! I think I found my new service centre!
