I hope we're not going to play around and start looking for ways to mark up the price? They assured me that this dealership is not like that at all, I said, just be men and be honourable. but that couldn't happen. 20 minutes later they pulled me in the back where I traded in my 2018 diesel. Already getting low the started telling me that my timing chain was loose. I asked how could you tell that it's internal inside the engine? They said they could hear it. Oh my God here we go. These people are nothing but crooks and the manager of the is the worst of them all.

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and you would think that that level of…read morecustomer retention would somehow serve as a priority when visiting the service department. Hard No! After starting the engine on my six month old 2024 Dodge Hornet, every service warning light you can imagine was flashing at me and all the automatic features have been disabled. I took the car in to the dealer and was told it couldn't be looked at until the following week (I took it on a Wednesday morning). How is that even possible? The service department can't take 5 minutes to hoist a car up and run a scan to see if the car is even safe to drive until they actually can fix it? No apologies, no accommodations...NOTHING! The rep was actually pretty rude as well. Another customer lost, such a shame. I will never service my car there nor buy another vehicle from them again.

At the time of purchase, I had new winter tires mounted on rims and the summer tires were placed in the truck box. After taking possession of the vehicle and addressing several issues locally, I eventually switched to the summer tires and immediately experienced severe vibration and shaking while driving. A Toyota dealer in Sudbury inspected the truck and found that all four summer tires were severely cupped/scalloped and that the truck requires approximately $6,000 worth of suspension repairs, including replacement Fox shocks, along with four new tires. What concerns me most is that Bolton Toyota's service manager acknowledged that the vehicle passed certification with the cupped tires installed. I was also surprised to learn that the truck was not Toyota Certified Used and had not undergone Toyota's 160-point inspection as I believed it would have. As an out-of-town buyer, I relied heavily on the dealership's representations regarding the condition of the vehicle. Discovering significant suspension and tire issues shortly after purchase has been extremely disappointing, and I do not feel the vehicle was accurately represented at the time of sale.
