When I arrived for my appointment I was swapped out and got another nail tech. Since I had been clear on my expectations I thought that the other nail tech must also be of the same caliber, she WAS NOT. I asked her to redo one nail that was really bad, but didn't have time to point out all of her other issues since I had somewhere to go and on top of that, she cut me. I will not be going back.

Also, I am not a member of the gym the salon is located inside and, at this latest visit, I told the front desk I was going to the salon, went upstairs, then realized one of the guys from the front desk was following me. When I went to the restroom instead of directly into the salon, he asked where I was going, I told him again I was going to the salon, and he WAITED OUTSIDE the restroom for me to come out and follow me into the salon. Bizarre. I told the salon's receptionist and she was so apologetic and told her manager immediately because this is not the first issue they've had with the front desk. She took the time while taking off the botched job to even educate me on the pros and cons of gel versus dip, and based upon the length of my nail to explain to me which process would be better.
