I met the owner (Puspa Khanal) and her associate (Bhawana Metformin) sitting and talking. I saw the owner getting some henna body art done. Seeing that the henna body art going on Puspa hands arms and feet, I had nothing but time on my hands. This is the first Indian spa I have ever been to, but it had a nice feel to the place. After some time Puspa showed me the waxing room. The waxing chair has had a lot of use, but was the most relaxing chair/tables I have ever been on. I was asked if I wanted to get my legs waxed too. After thinking about for a few seconds, I went with their offer. For five dallors more I was given the option of getting my armpits waxed too. Normally I shave them, but not today. Both Puspa and Bhawana left the room and I took my clothes off to hang them up. I did not have a towel to cover my manhood, but these ladies see naked people every day, well maybe not a handsome stud like myself, but close. I believe Bhawana was the first to open the door and close it. I heard her cackling like a schoolgirl. The song I'm Too Sexy started playing in my head....no,...not really... I started looking around for something to cover my genitals, when Puspa brought in a hand towel. Guess Bhawana is not use to male nudity. I was asked why I was naked and I thought that was a dumb question, but oh well. I explained I am getting my full legs waxed; as well, as my full arms and armpits. I am not going to get wax on my new clothes. The waxing procedure went by quickly since both Puspa and Bhawana were waxing me at the same time. Very rarely have I been waxed by two people and have found it to be less effective than one person doing it. The whole process I felt was rushed and if I come back for another round, I will request just one lady. Both Puspa and Bhawana did a decent job, but too much leftover wax was found on my body. Again I feel one person doing the waxing would have been better. I spent a good amount of time scratching the wax off of me. The waxing clean up are just as import as the removal of the hair. I have seen small patches of hair that was missed. Mishaps happen and I am sure Madame Puspa can redeem herself. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars. I will be back to try out the massage and waxing again. Puspa Day Spa is a charming place as is Madame Puspa. $80 bucks for full legs, full arms and Armpits is great.

I drove an hour and twenty minutes to get there. She gave me a $2400 same package for full body laser removal, with at least 6 sessions that my friend received. Then I offered her $2000 and reminded her of my friend's name who referred us, but she wasn't loyal to the prize we referenced. Even though we offered her $1k upfront and $1k later, she refused. She wanted $2400 this time, but later agreed to pay $2200 and per session using a credit card. Although today's appointment is the first sitting appointment, there were unexpected things that occurred. I called her to reschedule and she said tomorrow's is fine. However, she mentioned that the face is not covered in the full body, so it will be separate. I reminded her about our deal and she said I forgot to mention it last time. She started arguing and demanded cash payments of $2200, which reminded me that it wasn't what we talked about and the deal. Be aware of these kinds of owners. Since laser hair removal is a common procedure, it's possible that they can cause more harm to your body than good. Luckily, she refused and showed her greediness. Otherwise, I would have been messed up or sick by her unprofessional behavior.

Then, I arrived for my first appointment, and they had no record of ever selling me the appointments in advance via the Wax Passes. I showed them the charge of $228 on my credit card statement to verify the purchase. While they had a record for my $33 bikini line wax and my purchase and $50 purchase of exfoliating products, they had no record of the remaining $145. The manager refused to refund me,and told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I got my bikini wax and filed my dispute claim. When I disputed the charge, European Wax Center told the investigators that the company had already provided my 6 brow and 6 lip sessions. These appointments never happened. I did not return after I learned that European Wax Center would not honor my wax passes or refund me. I am currently still in discussions with my credit card company to get the money back. The fact that this location would not honor the appointments I booked, despite showing them the charge on my statement, is unethical, unprofessional, and I will never return to European Wax Center. I will also encourage my contacts to never book with European Wax Center. It's a shame because my actual waxer was very competent; I would return to her if she worked with a different company.
